Hello I am the shop foreman for the Purgatory Vehicle Maintenance department. We recently sent our 2001 863 Bobcat skidsteer to have some long overdue steering repairs and general maintenance performed by Target. These guys do an awesome job and in a timely manner as well. We are 100% satisfied with the job through and through. This piece of equipment has always had its quirks and now it feels brand new!! I highly recommend Target Rental for anyone wondering where to take there equipment to be serviced or if your looking to rent. These guys are professional, Timely and very informative. This was my first time ever doing business with Target Rental and it was AMAZING! Ive never drove with a trailer before and I absolutely had to get one for a business trip to Denver. My boss had booked the reservation the night before so check in was super simple. Once checked in, they brought the trailer out and helped me back the car up to the hitch. They put it on the hitch, plugged in the break lights, and attached the safety chains for me. I was also loaned some ratchet straps for no extra charge. I asked the guy helping me for some driving tips and he answered all of my questions. Well all was great and I made it to Denver. Once I picked up my delivery a snow storm was blowing through my rout back home. I ended up staying the night and didnt get back to Durango until after Target closed the next day. Once we were able to get it back to them we werent charged anything extra for being late. Thank you Target Rental for being so helpful! The most amazing part of Target Rental -other than the fun equipment they have for rent - is the staff. The management and all the team members are professional and try hard to make the rental experience the best in town. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and in the time of COVID, careful to follow precautions when delivering and demonstrating equipment. This spring, I rented a stump grinder and a scissor lift. Both were in excellent condition and I was able to finish my projects efficiently. I will go to Target Rental for my future equipment rental needs and highly recommend them.

Not pleased. They gave us the wrong rig. When asked abt the preferred rig it was not available. They basically pawned a stand-in Bobcat. We ended up taking it back bc the rubber track got off track. We spent 4 hours to and from just getting equipment and then having to exchange. A total of six hours when all this was said and done! When we were able to get the preferred equipment we were told there was a weekend special. They never mentioned that earlier in the week? A gimmick a two for one deal. Basically, they rented it for 8 hours but give you Saturday and Sunday. I dont know but a standard 8 hour shift is one work day, so shouldnt it have been 16 hours? Tech guys are good. I am now apprehensive about sales and manager of this location as you should be! Will no longer be using this rental establishment.*See their feedback. Look how long it took for a response. Youll be better renting elsewhere folks.(I wrote this in mid-April. It took over a month.)Another response now months later? Aug 2020...why bother?

We rented a machine for a weekend project, and long story short, the machine was broken when we picked it up. We called them and they sent Ben out first thing Saturday morning.The machine was not easily fixable as they needed to order parts. They went out of their way to set us up with another machine so we could complete our project. Huge shout out to Ben and Andre. Thanks fellas!

Our landscape company, Down to Earth Gardening and Landscaping, rents equipment from Target Rental throughout our landscape season and we have been very pleased. Jim Duke and his staff have been very helpful, personable and reliable. The equipment is always in excellent shape and they take great care in making the customer happy.
