I donated a bike to a young woman and it needed repairs, they guy took the bike in, fixed it up and they ended up donating one of the tire repairs! The gal at the front was amazing and kind! I love having people like this in my community!

On holiday in Durango and needed a new cassette put on the bike. Just dropped no call and they, got the bike changed, fixed and ready to go in no time. Took care to make sure the new cassette would not stretch the chain and, as he looked over the bike fixed a slight wobble in the head set.Appreciate the work, speed at which they did it and the care taken to get it right!

Review is specific to the rental shop. The online ordering site and the subsequent invoice indicated pickup a day in advance of the rental. Also verified by phone that this was the appropriate process. I showed up a day in advance and was told they had plenty of equipment, but were not staffed appropriately to help with my rental and to come back tomorrow (morning of). An hour of time and gas from town was wasted because of their miscommunication and operational shortcomings.

Complete scam! Called to get pricing on a 26 tube for my bike. Was told they run $6 to $8. Was also told theyd mount the tube, lube my chain, and adjust my brakes for free. They did mount the tube, but did not get the tire back on correctly so it started to come off the rim on my way home. Also, they charged $13 which is not what they said on the phone. They tried to say the tire needed to be replaced, but I had another shop look at it and the tire is fine. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. They lie to you and then damage your bike expecting you to pay more money .

Super easy to swing in and pick up our passes. Cant wait to check out the summer activities of the mountain.

Service was great and fast. They have a computerized rental registration system. It was pretty slick and fast.
