It was my first visit and I was super excited about the outcome. Dr.Boccaccio was amazing. It was the listening for me! The fact the she wasnt quick to put me on meds without knowing their effects, has me looking forward to treatment. One step at a time is what I was shopping for and Im glad to have found a provider was those qualities.

For a doctor to tell me my fears are “not real” fears. Disrespectful. A doctor should never ask me “so what medicine do you want?” They should make the decision with their Doctorates degree.

Run, do not walk, away. First appt cancelled b/c provider no longer with the company. 1st red flag. 2nd appt cancelled without reason or attempt to reschedule. 2nd red flag. I have a 3 strike policy, so tried one more time...3rd time, began appt but provider had no access to the forms I filled out (3 separate times for each appt!), and although a licensed NP, explained she doesnt see the condition that we specifically sought her out for on the website and cannot assist us. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble of scheduling an appt here.

They failed to tell us about my daughter developing massive depression, massive anxiety and agarophobia during the quarantine. instead of changing her meds they just kept increasing zoloft. they went from 25mgs to 100 mgs. she had an appointment for December 18th and because her provider did not make it to the office they called my depressed and anxious child to reschedule her appointment for January 18th. my daughter texted me that day to tell me about the rescheduling so I called them back and all they said was sorry the provider had to leave. MY CHILLD DID NOT WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL IN PERSON WHICH I THOUGTH IT WAS ODD BECAUSE SHE WAS IN THE IB PROGRAM. On Tuesday January 5th I told her that she needed to go to school in person because I didnt feel safe for her to stay home alone. my daughter did not wake up that day she committed suicide. and this place had the audacity to charged us $100 for missing her January 18th appointment. Im still working with law firms to sue this place and made them pay for neglecting my daughter.

If you are suffering from depression or your anxiety levels are high, I advice you to search for mental health professionals somewhere else. The stress that these people have put me through has been absurd. I had 4 appointments cancelled until they were finally able to find a provider that was available. A week before my appointment they changed my therapist without consulting with me.The worst part has been dealing with the billing department. Every time I called they had different prices for the consult, $150, $180, $161, $205 and so forth. I signed documents saying that I wanted to pay as self pay and not use my insurance (because I know my insurance wouldn’t cover a session) yet they still tried to bill my insurance anyways because they would get more money out of it. Shame on you.

Everything was pretty easy. Id never done any therapy before, but Mr. Mutiu was kind and ready to help me out right away with some medication, which he promptly sent over to my pharmacy. The only problem was the program they use for telemedicine is pretty low quality. Why not just Zoom?

It’s been a roller coaster ride for me but Dr. Aleem has worked so hard to keep me well & has never given up on me. I know he does the same for all his patients. My experience started out ok. Dr. Falcao seemed to be good. However, as the appointments continued was when I knew he, nor this facility would be for me. Each appointment, I ended up waiting anywhere from 20 mins up to 1.5 hours for him. Im very understanding of other appointment times running over, but this was every single time. When he and I discussed me taking short-term disability, he agreed. However, when the paperwork was sent for him to fill out, I was told he would have it done within a week. Then Kassi (pronounced Kasey) calls me back to tell me that, Dr. Falcao is the worst when it comes to paperwork. A lot of their patients have problems with this and that he just doesnt do it. I switched to a different provider after this. It only got worse though. When requesting my records, Kassi told me that I wasnt entitled to my records. What she really meant is that I wasnt entitled to the doctors notes. I am entitled to all other information that is in my file. That was all I needed. But the notes can only be sent to another provider, not the patient. I had my records sent to the provider I switched to. When I requested again, she tells me that shes informed me of this before and that shed have the Office Manager contact me. When asking her to confirm whether she was denying me all of the other information in my file, excluding the notes, she would never actually answer the question. Instead, just went back and forth with me, which is very unprofessional. Let your Office Manager handle it if youre not equipped to answer the question. A week later, when Patty finally calls, she has the same tone as Kassi and realizes that what I was asking for the entire time was not the notes, but my other information. She sent it out right away. They are very unprofessional. Some patients look to actually work through the problems they have, not just get prescribed medication after medication to cope.

While my provider was friendly and polite, I felt like my concerns and opinions were not heard, and he pushed a medication on to me that I was not comfortable taking due to the strength/negative side effects. Today I met with Olawunmi Ogunsemore. I was trying not to write a review as I dont usually resort to this. But the more I went through the day, the more upset I became. I took a last minute appointment due to the inflexibility of my schedule so I sort of took who I could get. I arrive to the office early around 8:10 am for my appt at 9:00. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and helped me check in. Thereafter I wanted until 9:22 in the waiting room just to go up to the desk and ask the girl working wasnt my appt at 9:00? She confirmed and proceeded to call Olawunmi Ogunsemore on the phone to let her know her appt was here. This was extremely frustrating as this 20 minutes was lost due to failure from both the associate at the front desk and Olawunmi Ogunsemore. Despite my frustration I still presented myself as welcoming and I was finally called into the back by Olawunmi Ogunsemore. I was excited to meet her, however she seemed quite annoyed/ unexcited to meet with me. I had a feeling I was bothering her or wasting her time... Anyway I tried to stay optimistic and I sit in the chair and she asks me some basic questions which I try to answer to the best of my abilities. She sits hidden behind her computer at her desk in front of me only looking up a few times with her eyes just enough above the laptop screen for me to see. She continues to sit there and CLICK CLICK CLICK and mumble a few basic questions here and there. I explained to her that she isnt addressing the issues I am here for. (My PCP who I saw for anxiety referred me to get an evaluation from a psychiatrist and get testing for a possible attention deficit). She looked at my detailed referral paper for a split second with no regaurd and continued taking our conversation on an unrelated path in a very uncaring and pathetic manner. I then said I need to be tested for ADHD and ADD which she then blurted out a textbook memorization of the treatment plan which doesnt include prescribing stimulates and told me I had to in fact go somewhere else to do that. Keeping in mind the person I booked the appt with told me that Olawunmi Ogunsemore was capable of doing all of the things I needed done. I was upset that she was so hasty to assume that I was just there to be treated for ADD. I was there on a doctor referral, and I expected them to understand why providing the paper I gave. I proceeded to get visibly anxious and upset as the appt was not accomplishing anything at 30 minutes in and she did nothing but sit there looking at her computer clicking. It was the most impersonal and frustrating experience I have ever had with a healthcare professional. She then wrote on a paper where I can actually get the testing done gave me an rx for anxiety which I will not pick up as I dont believe it will be beneficial to me. She showed me out of her room and dumped me into the waiting room. No thank you, no have a great day or a nice week. Nothing. It was embarrassing. I then told the woman at the front desk what an awful experience I had and she said she will let her manager know and her manager will call me. Honestly I really hoped someone would have called but of course no call. This is such a poor way to treat your patients. I truly felt like a burden to her and I felt as if she had no respect for me. She treated me like I have no idea what I am doing. I am in nursing school and work at a Doctors office here in Atlanta and I would never let a patient leave feeling like I did today. I came here seeking advice and someone who cared about their patients as I feel anyone interested in the healthcare field should be. Olawunmi Ogunsemore showed no sign of care or empathy. Patients, please read everyones profile before booking an appt. Management please understand who is representing your company and your brand.

I started going to Georgia Behavioral a little over a year ago and was assigned to Dr. Falcao. I was having a hard time with my social anxiety and as a result had started a leave of absence from work.Dr. Falcao was never very interested in doing the paper work for Cigna and always asked for two weeks to complete it each time...TWO WEEKS! Personally I feel like thats a lot of time for a few documents but OK. I would see him once a month and Cigna requires updated paperwork once a month as well. That means every time I went in paperwork would need to be filled out yet there would always be that I didnt know I needed to fill it out excuse as if he never referenced Cigna paperwork in my file. Honestly, he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him and its obvious by his handling that this was not important. The final straw for me was when he flat out told me he no longer wanted to fill out the paperwork because he didnt understand how to do it. So you mean to tell me youre willing to go through years of schooling which includes filling out forms, writing papers, reading text books, etc., AKA LEARNING HOW TO DO YOUR JOB but you dont want to learn how to fill out a few sheets of paper so you can provide a service to your patients that will help in their recovery? Its not just short term disability paperwork he doesnt want to fill out its ALL Cigna paperwork - ADA, FMLA, Short Term, etc.Anyone who seeks mental health treatment knows that talk therapy and medication do not always work and there will be bad days So why on earth would a mental health professional decline filing out paperwork that would A.) alleviate added stress/anxiety by protecting a patients employment B.) provide time off that would assist with the patients recovery and C.) (If A and B arent enough) Keep the patient employed so they have health coverage to come see you?Needless to say Im disappointed with Dr. Falcaos unwillingness to learn in order to assist his patients.

Dr. Aleem is great. He really is a life saver its too bad is office staff, specifically Kasey, is nothing more than a pathological liar. She hides behind voicemail, she DO NOT RETURN phone calls (true for the entire office staff) and when called out she is defensive! Really, youre going to get defensive with me when I have records of calling 12 times in a single day because of an issue you and NEVER called back. If you value piece of mind, sincerity and follow through DO NOT go to this clinic as you will be severely disappointed. Truly a disgrace that a professional such as Dr. Aleem has to be affiliated with unsympathetic staff members and assistants.
