I was rear-ended and the damage to my car was fixed. Thats the only good thing about the service. My car was more reliable and worked better before I took it here, even with the damage it had from the collision. When I picked my car up there were 2 panels missing in the backseat with wires hanging and 1 loose panel by the front passenger window. We had to bring it back for them to fix. When we returned we told them we had discovered the rear windows would not go down using the panel on front driver side. They dismissed it as a fluke and argued that they did nothing to it. My car is now not turning on and the rear windshield will not defrost. My car worked fine before I let them work on it and the damage they caused while repairing my car should have been corrected before I got my car back. Its negligent for any mechanic to do work on a car and knowingly cause more damage and not be willing to fix it. I would not recommend them to even change a tire at this point.

Caliber made a stressful situation tolerable. They kept me informed of the progress and were always pleasant and gave me quality service. They put forth effort and caring. Excellent in this day of chaos and trying to move through to the next customer with no consideration of what that customer is dealing with.

As one would consider servicing their vehicle to be stressful, the staff here helped make the process an easy and worry free situation. LaKeisha was super helpful setting me up with a rental car through Enterprise and very friendly/accommodating! Both Mitch and LaKeisha made it easy working out logistics with my insurance company to get things handled in a quick and easy manner. All the staff I interacted with are quite personable and efficient, especially with the volume of customers they were handling on the drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Looks about as good as the day I drove off the car lot with it! Highly recommend!

So my recent experience with Caliber Collision was amazing!!! Although they can be hard to reach my prayers were soon answered by a staff member named Lanekia (I’m sorry if it spelt your name wrong!!!)Lanekia was very informative over the phone, she answered all my question professionally and in a timely manner! I was really tight on time and wanted her to see the vehicle in person.. Unfortunately I ran super late and came when Lanekia decided on taking a lunch, but that didn’t matter as she took time to view my car from the parking lot of where she had lunch!!I don’t ever ever get this type of service or help.. regardless of me evening spending a single dime at this location Lanekia did more than just her job! I will be having both my cars brought to her for service thank you again your amazing!!!

Middle of the road.I had this Caliber location repaint the hood, roof and mirror of my car because of a combination of vandalism and sun damage. The paint job is OK and looks nice in direct sunlight, but there are a few blemishes in it and the finish isnt uniform under some lighting.They reused my hood badge, which would not have been a problem had it not been pried off with a metal screw driver and stuck back on. You can clearly see the gouges in the badge. They should know to use nylon trim removal tools on plastic.The rubber trim between my tailgate and the roof was not reattached. I found it in my trunk and re-installed it myself.The hood insulation pad was not re-installed. I found the clips they removed loose in my cowl (after I had driven for a while!) and also re-installed these myself.Additionally, they needed to replace the hood washer nozzles. The car was done before the nozzles came in, so they called and said I could pick it up on a Friday and come back the following Tuesday when the nozzles came in and theyd quickly install them. Tuesday came - no call. On Wednesday I called and I was told they were still on backorder but I would hear as soon as they arrived. That was 2 weeks ago, and Ive not heard anything since. I ordered the nozzles online and they came the next day and I reinstalled them myself.Dont sign for any car that is not 100% done no matter what they tell you. Its easy to get excited about your fresh paint/repair at pickup, but spend some serious time inspecting it before you sign anything!

I had a tree branch fall on my car of all things and the team at Caliber was really great about helping me out.They had gone around the car and had taken the time to explain all the damage to me and exactly what would have to be done.They helped me work with Enterprise and had checked in with me throughout the process when working on my car.It had taken a few days longer than initially anticipated to get my car back but it was worth it. The car looked great when I got it back and the customer service was also exceptional.This was my second time using them.

I chose Caliber Collision on Roswell Rd for my insurance-paid bodywork because of the excellent service I had received at that location the year prior. I was not disappointed. As per their norm, the staff were patient, informative, courteous, and thorough. The body work looks flawless to me. I appreciated how clean the vehicle was when I got it back, and the attention to detail. Definitely recommended.

A tow truck drivers worst nightmare but staff is awesome!

I have NEVER written a review before….EVER.To be honest, I generally expect every business across all industries to deliver decent service, so when it’s good, word of mouth is still a great tool, which I use when it’s good, but if a business struggles with just decent, they lose me on the first visit. I take my business and my money somewhere else., and like me, there are many others.I have VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS, I’ve experienced great service in my lifetime from all industries, but just not great enough to compel me to write a review, the thought has never even crossed my mind. Until now.Earlier this year, I underwent 7 weeks of Chemo and Radiation, and In late July on my way to Northside Hospital I managed to rear end someone’s car on 285, my fault, my first accident ever that I was at fault.At first, it looked like It was nothing, the older model Honda CRV had no damages besides a broken tail light, but I was in shock when I saw the damage to my 124 Spider, the entire front, grill, bumper, hood looked like it had been ripped, it parts of the front of the car was torn, as if I just had had massive accident. Through my insurance I zeroed in to Caliber Collision shop, on Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, which is on the corner of my house.The Hospitality Industry, more than any other, has forever been expected to keep the golden standards in customer service and to continuously innovate customer satisfaction. So Was not expecting this.I won’t say I was “impressed’, well… it was more than that, first, I was definitely in utter shock, I experienced a high level of customer service at a car shop.FOR 3 decades I worked hard each year to deliver Impeccable service to my guests, which earned me 9 restaurant of the year as an AGM and 2 as a GM.I went to drop off my car at the shop, certainly I was a bit upset, when I walked in, Lakeisha greeted me with the most amazing, gorgeous smile, that immediately changed my mood for the better for the rest of the day. With an update, Which he did, I never called the shop, Ron gave me periodic updates and was kind enough to accommodate a big special request.When I picked up my car, it was clean, inside and out and it looked flawless.I am very impressed, I am very grateful for the Excellent customer care I received, and also for them to deliver what was promised was paramount, and perfect, they exceeded my expectations. making me a raging fan, I do not intent to become a regular, but I do need to drop off some Chocolate Mousse, and I’m making it a mission of telling everyone how I finally got impressed, and wowed and amazed, and it happened in a collision car shop, first class customer service guys, first class car repair. I have a 2019 Chevrolet Trail Boss that wasnt even a year old when i was rear ended at a stop light. As inconvenient as it is to be involved in a minor automobile accident, Caliber collision stepped up to the plate to make everything better. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and showed me pictures of the entire disassembly / reassembly of my vehicle and the work they did. When its all said and done, you cant even tell this car was even in an accident and their team went above and beyond to make sure it was as close to factory look as possible.Once the vehicle was repaired, they washed the vehicle and cleaned out the entire interior to put the cherry on top. This is definitely a shop that for future body work i will be brining me vehicle to.

These people do good work but are quite slow with getting back to the customer and service delivery.When calling me, the representative was quite irritated and blamed a third party for the delay in my service.Not exactly professional.

I worked directly with Sean with Mitchell supporting him. I got the impression that Mitchell had more experience handling cases with my specific car (Mini Cooper) but WOW Sean went above and beyond to make sure he was supporting me as well as possible. I had incredibly personal service and they went above and beyond to assure me I was getting the best deal.I was hit in a parking lot, and couldnt go through insurance for reasons. Huge Bummer..Initially, I was hoping it would be a cheap fix, as it was only the quarter panel. SO I was planning on having them source the new part and paint it and I would install the panel myself. They were willing to work with me on this, but pretty quickly (as they explained the work involved) I realized that the R&I necessary to replace the piece was WAY beyond my expertise. It also was going to cost far more than I had initially hoped. Since I had just graduated college this was a HUGE deal to me... Sean worked with me every step of the way and assured me they were going to do everything they could to keep costs down, ya gotta hate giving people your money but it didnt feel so bad giving it to the team at Caliber. Great dudes! Eventually I agreed and the work done on the vehicle was sublime AND done before the estimated completion time. GREAT experience here. Hopefully I never have a need to visit again, but if I do Ill be going directly back to Sean. Cannot say enough good things about this place! I hit my neighbor’s garbage can a week after buying my new car and cracked the bumper. I got quotes from 3 shops, including Mazda, and this shop was a no-brainer. Really took the time to explain everything in detail, quoted reasonable prices and labor, and had it back to me in exactly a week, while sending me texts throughout the repair. The car looks better than when I bought it! Everyone is extremely nice too. If you own a Mazda and have the Soul Red color, don’t even think about going anywhere else (especially Mazda)!

I absolutely recommend caliber collisions! They had my repair completed the SAME DAY I dropped it off!! I dropped it off at 7:45 and I had it back at 5:15. When I told them my work meeting was running late and I couldn’t come to the shop before closing, they delivered my car to me, freshly washed and cleaned on the inside too! The guy who dropped it off was even considerate enough to have the car warm and toasty for me when I got in. They even took care of returning my rental. Can’t say enough great things about these guys.

Took my car here after a hit and run, the whole team at Caliber was a pleasure to work with. They were courteous, thorough and made the whole process smooth and easy. I even got my cleaned and sanitized car back earlier than anticipated. Great shop!

First off, I have got to hand it to Lakeisha (customer care coordinator) and Mitchell (service provider). They were PHENOMENAL in every aspect. From the time I walked in I was welcomed with smiling faces and courteous people. I was early to my appointment and another customer care in to pick up her vehicle. She didn’t seem too happy, but Mitchel handled the situation perfectly and Lakeisha made sure to check in with me in regards to when I would be seen. I had some trouble with insurance, however both Mitchell and Lakeisha made it super easy and helped me figure out what I needed. They made for a pleasant environment and they’re knowledge made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I wish I could say I had a good experience here. I took my car to get an estimate here and it went pretty smooth. I was then told to drop my car off next week and the day I brought my car, I was told that they were too backed up and they still hadn’t ordered the parts for my car. They told me they would order the parts that day and I could bring my car next week. I never got a call and then got a call from my insurance company asking me why my car wasn’t in the shop. My insurance then called Caliber, where they told my insurance that they hadn’t ordered the parts. Finally, I called yesterday making sure my parts were in and was told by the manager, John, that I could drop my car off today and that my parts were at the shop. I went this morning to drop my car off and was told no technicians were in the shop until next week.It’s very frustrating that I feel like I was lied to for a month and my car was never fixed. Caliber just did a lot of shady things to me and now I will be bringing my car to a different shop. I do not recommend them and I was very disappointed with the bad customer service I received.

My business partner had been in a fender bender and we came across them after calling several places. I knew immediately from the professional warm way Lakeshia answered the telephone and scheduled our appointment that this wasnt your ordinary auto place. She worked around my crazy schedule to get us in promptly and even worked it out when a last minute scheduling challenge forced us to almost have to cancel our appointment. Once we got there she greeted us with a sincere, warm energy and called other two of the most knowledgeable mechanics Ive ever met. They were so efficient, fast and most important very thorough. Having a Mercedes almost everything is priced so high, but, they were so reasonable. They took the time to go over every line and even let us know that a couple of the charges might be lowered once they checked a couple other resources. Im so glad I kept calling around and found them. I tried a DIY project on my car and realized quickly that I was in over my head. I ended up taking my car to Caliber Collision to fix my mess and they handled it professionally and without judgement of my DIY failure. Don Stewart did my estimate, which was more than fair, and was even nice enough to give me a ride home when i left my car there. Everyone that i interacted with was extremely nice and the car came back looking brand new.

2nd encounter with Caliber. While the 1st encounter (an estimate) was brief this 2nd transaction was lenghty enough to give agood review & recommendation. Arrived to drop my vehicle off & before i knew it, a big blk SUV from Enterprise was there to take me there to get my rental. Had me feeling like the president lol.i was paired with John, who was excellent, kept me updated & consulted me throughout. Friendly & humble guy who doesnt talkcondescendingly when you dont understand all the body shop lingo.The receptionist also was good for a periodic update call.Id suggest selecting text updates. It made extensions & progress reports seamless.Picked my vehicle up, it was clean. Have to take it back in for something so as long as that goes as planned Id definitely recommend them to anyone.

The service I received was HORRIBLE from beginning to end. They said one thing and I saw results of another. Very dissatisfied customer. Less than one star rating.

ABRA at North Fulton serviced my vehicle after I was involved in a car accident and they were by far the most pleasant, effective, and professional part of my entire experience post-collision. They were recommended to be by Nationwide(the other drivers agency) and not only was their work immaculate but their customer service and thorough follow-up on the progress of my vehicle was such a relief and a treat. I received daily texts and calls regarding the status of my repairs and they completed the work days ahead of schedule. After a car accident, your life is completely turned upside down and youre greatly inconvenienced in many ways, but at least ABRA made my overall experience with my accident a little better. I just purchased my car brand new this year and it looks better than it did when I bought it! Ha! They have a customer for life!!!

Run The other way. These people will smile in your face and tell you a big lie which makes them a true pathological liar. They actually made it very difficult for me by providing an inflated estimate to the insurance company and then did not return my car to me in the original condition that I gave it to them. It would be behove you to ignore all of the good reviews in this Google review and move onto the next repair shop. May these people go out of business one day because they truly care about themselves and not the customer.

Hands down the BESt service I have ever received. The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. In addition to keeping me apprised of the daily progress, they made sure it was on track to be finished during the hectic holiday season. They addressed a few other concerns I had at no charge and the car was incredibly clean when i picked it up. THey didnt wash it, they scrubbed it! This is THE place to go from now on!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. They take FOREVER to repair and THEY NEVER TELL ME THE EXPECTATION DATE TO PICK UP. They are not doing their best and they take ONE MONTH to repair even the damage is not on glass. I would not recommend this shop. I called multiple times, but they never tell me the date that they finish the work. They are kind for sure, but the service is TERRIBLE. I’m still waiting for my car since January 19th
