Yoga Underground is an absolutely amazing yoga studio. Theyre just over a year old and there are currently 23 classes offered by various instructors. It doesnt matter what youd like from your yoga practice: flexibility, strength, relaxation, meditation... you will find it here! Theres even a free weekly class so you can try any of them to see which is the best fit for you. Yoga IS for everyone. I frequently recommend this studio to my patients. Try it! The studio owner is happy to discuss the various classes with you and she can advise you if youre not sure what to try first. After you take at least 5 classes youll know which type of yoga is YOUR yoga.
