Amazing customer service and staff were nice to everyone. You can tell they like their job and their eagerness to please the customer. Christina was understanding and patient and took her time, I am pleased with the time she took to cut my hair and the assistance to pick out a product that she was knowledgeable about. I was a walk in and walked out pleased! Ill go back!

I went there for a haircut, and after waiting well over an hour I was told they couldnt do the cut I wanted in the allowed time. There wasnt anyone in there, and as a stylist myself I know if she knew what she was doing she could have easily cut my hair in that time. Not only that but when a stylist refuses to spend an extra 5 min on you then they are worried about making commission instead of the customer in their chair. It should never be that way, and I will never go there again.

Colleen (363-0215) at the 3951 Vineyard Drive did an amazing job on my natural ringlet hair. I am from Kansas and decided too try a new place. I will be back for her too so my hair every time I visit twice a year!!!

Lauren did an fantasic job giving me a fresh fade, being right out of the military it was hard to find a good barber that can give the fade I’m used to.Lauren takes her time and does a great job to ensure you’re fulfilled with your cut, beautiful work thanks!

My son got a haircut here. Never again. It was not what I asked for and she shaved a box look in front of his head on one side. That wasnt even in the picture I had shown. Just an awful cut.

The lady was very polite and said that I would have to wait for a about 10 minutes then let me sit and she got right on my hair. She did a great job trimming it and layering it and explained to me how I could keep it from frizzing.Most people dont like to talk while cutting hair but she was very kind and talked. Thats the second time I had my hair done there and they do a great job. I would tell my friends to go there.

My 2 Grandsons and made appointments for Wednesday... I got right in, then one Grandson then the other... It was perfect... Everyone one was doing what is mandated by the state... They were all so nice.. Everyone is very Happy with the haircuts...

MEN THERE NOT A BARBERSHOP ITS A SALON! I came there on time all set to go. The hair cut I got was super low quality. I’m super upset! I know is not a barbershop but I had great experience with other salons. But their closed due to COVID. To be honest I could of done it myself for free and had better result. The lady never styled it, she did my hair in 5 minutes. My hair is uneven and super short. For better words for a male please go somewhere with better experience to cut men’s hair. I paid freaking $20 for a uneven, un-styled 5 minute rushed haircut. She seemed to not even know what I asked for. Basically I look bald I said French hair cut and a fade.

I was told 45 minutes for a haircut. 2 people doing colors/perms. One person doing haircuts. I was the only person left sitting waiting for a haircut. The person doing haircuts went on her lunch. I was there an hour and 15 minutes. I never did get my haircut. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

After I read the most recent reviews of this location, I requested Lizz or Christina. I got Lizz, she was very friendly and patient with my 5y/o daughter (who has a difficult time getting her hair cut). She took the time to talk to me about what her daily routine is like and we decided on something that would work for her... Not being treated like a number or a quick $$$ to get in and out was a refreshing change of pace... Will definitely be going back!!

A few days ago, I highlighted my hair using a kit. Although I loved the color, it came out choppy & uneven. Today, Nicole evened out the highlights & did an amazing job! I love how my hair looks. The stylists here are friendly, courteous, & talented. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Famous Hair deserves an A+.

They raise their prices every year. I remember when an adult haircut was $13.50... now were at $17.50 for an adult cut and itll be up by $1 next year. Stylists are good. I get basic trims so you cant mess them up.

Asked for a even on the sides and shorter on top but kept alittle bit longer but instead I literally got my head basically shaved and I said specifically not a buzz cut, now I look bald... thanks Supercuts I’ll never go to any other franchise again

Over priced, bad attitude and horrible haircut! Brought my 15 year old son here for a hair cut yesterday. The lady that cut his hair had a horrible attitude. She complained about how thick his hair was the whole time and at one point she spun the chair a little too fast and blamed him for it! His feet werent even on the ground... He asked for her to leave about 3 on the top and fade the sides... She left about 1.5 on the top and left the sides all one length.. The edges look awful like a 5 year old did it... I dont normally leave bad reviews but we will never return to this establishment! I could have done a way better job at home and saved $17.50

Over priced for guy cuts. Like $16 or so. Usually only 10 min wait for walk ins which is nice. Sometimes you get lucky with someone who is really good and understands what you want other times, just a basic haircut skill level.I still go here because the wait at a barbers is far longer than I care for.

The wait may have been long but I didnt have an appointment. Long story short this was a great idea. Amazing job well done and amazing price. These guys know how to cut!

I go,here just because they take walkins. Other than that they are horrible. No consistency and no one seems to be able to do a simple fade. Reading other reviews, they respond with contact our main office That about sums up their concern for you the customer.
