My PC laptop was working but much slower than it should, slowing down my efficiency and creating daily frustration. His website is very good and the customer reviews are not just outstanding but authentic. I called Mike and got his voice mail, and he called me back within minutes after hours on a Thursday. We talked through the issues I was having, all of which were familiar to Mike, who in his extensive experience in IT has seen everything there is to see. On Friday I handed off my laptop to him to work on at a fair and reasonable price, and he completed his work with a good turnaround. Best of all, my laptop is now running like it is brand new. Thats pretty awesome. On top of that, Mike reached out the day after returning my laptop to make sure all was working okay and to see if I had any questions, one of many examples of Mike being the consummate professional.
