I am the daughter of Elizabeth Hall and sister of the other tenant (whom my mom mentions as we). Ive never rented from this company or Mr. Young but I have walked my mom and sister through their legal process which have aided them in the victory that they currently have. Of course he is still refusing, as my mom stated, to pay but this too is a plus in our favor to show the judge what kind of landlord he is. I am writing because I am going to help everyone who can be help in the process of getting their money back from this man and his company. Any landlord I threaten to take to court even after speaking to their lawyers were advised to just settle the matter and pay then to take it to court and pay more and I have won EVERY TIME. Mr. Young has not yet been challenged by any of his tenants, thats why he feel confident that he will not have to pay, but that all ends here. IF YOU HAVE NOT PASSED THE 2 YEARS THRESHOLD according to the Texas Landlord/Tenant Law, you too can file your case against him and his companies and get your settlement as well. Mr. Young have 30 days ONLY to send out an itemized list of damages and charges that he paid to repair his property, and after that he forfeit on keeping ANY part of your deposit even if there were damages beyond normal wear and tear. And you, as the tenant because he failed to do so, can then sue up to 3 times (3x) the amount of your security deposit. So please, if you wish to join in on the lawsuit against him and his companies and you have not passed the 2 year mark, do it now before it is too late. If you can show up as a witness against him in our court case then we will show up as a witness in yours so we can put a stop to him doing this to his tenants. This will show the judge that Mr. Young is and have been a landlord working under the Bad Faith Clause of the Texas Landlord/Tenant Law. If I can, I will upload the pic of the documentation awarding my mom and sister their judgement, but he (Mr. Young) is taking it back to court, but no worries here our evidence is countless. God willing it will not be overturned. If the judge look at the law only, it is an open and shut case in which it was the first time. The absolute WORST individual to EVER deal with. He doesnt update his properties, he doesnt fix anything. He wants to put EVERYTHING on the tenants. I have yet to hear from him in reference to my deposit back and my lease was up 8/31/17 and today is 9/4/17. I rented a property in Desoto, and I liked the house until the problems started occurring in April, house floods when it rains. Air conditioning unit went out and he didnt replace it he sent over a (1, uno) window unit (110 to be exact) to cool a 1400 plus square foot house. Again he is the WORST individual that you would EVER want to deal with. If I had read the reviews on here before I rented from him I would NOT be on here posting at 1:16 a.m. on 9/4/17. Take heed to all the bad reviews that are on here. Update: By law today is his 30th day to have returned my deposit and still nothing. (9/30/2017 @ 3:36 p.m.) My mailman has ran and no check.

He is the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. He is very rude and the house we rented from him was absolutely filthy when we moved in, despite him saying it would be cleaned. He seemed too busy to help us and was very unprofessional during all interactions. STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned...

I would like to ask everyone that have rented any house from KY11 Realtor you need to file on him.We are taking him to Court We had went to court and the Judge awarded our claim against him.So is still not paying us so we are waiting on the Judge to set a mother date so if y’all want to get your money back from him you need to file on him he got to many bad reviews so in order to get your Deposit back file on him come to court with us so the Judge see how bad he treats him tentants when they move out and ask for their Deposit back he is a slump landlord We all can get our money back Okay

He is very unprofessional will not recommend anyone using his services they have an ad in the green sheet do not do any businesses with this company everyone find someone else
