The lady that delivers the mail in our Shenandoah neighborhood is a lazy postal worker that only delivers the mail when she wants to. We live in a culdesac. We park our cars on the street. She complains about the cars parked out front. Do we have to park our cars at the post office to make easier for her. Her job is to deliver our mail. She was arguing with another lady and told her when she pointed her finger at our house and said they are not getting their mail either. Why is she even working for the post office. Do your job!!!

I have never had any problems with service or friendliness of the staff. When it has been really busy, they move as quickly as they can from one customer to the other.

Always have had an amazing experience here. We send out alot of packages. The staff is amazing and very fast. I dont understand the bad reviews. Especially during a pandemic where these people have done so much. God bless

If I could give them no STARS I WOULD. 1 is hella generous. This post office is the worst. Ive had more problems because of my occupation getting my mail resolving problems.. they have a bad attitude. They dont follow instructions. Management is no better its so frustrating that Im changing my address being inconvenienced then rather keep dealing with this office. Being a former postal employee.. I understand the rules and how it works. They will Jane you cursing

The manager is extremely rude. I cant comprehend how someone so unprofessional can be a manager. I gave her my package and she yelled at me with major attitude that she cant give me a receipt with no explanation whatsoever. She must hate her job and seems miserable. Worst USPS ever!! Go somewhere else where they will treat you with respect

This is the rudest and arrogant group of workers, I use to the term lightly. Go through line and told I needed to fill out an additional form. Went back to find the form filed under the wrong box. Then going back to the back of the line, I am told I needed to go outside because they had met there limit of 10. I had never left the room!!! No one else had entered? I left the building. I will go to Grand Prairie. I will speak ill of this place at every opportunity.

Postmaster doesn’t care about her residence. I had 2 packages go through this facility out of Denver and only received one. They don’t return calls, emails or even show any care about your belongings. Please use FEDEX or UPS. They are cheaper for a reason. Also put insurance on EVERYTHING !

These employees go through your packages! And have the audacity to tape it closed as if it was damaged on arrival! The postmaster is incompetent to say the least ! Avoid this post office if possible because there’s a ring of thieves that work here which is sad and pathetic.

We have to chase down our postal carrier to get packages because theyve started delivering at odd hours. They shove packages that fit through the slot with no concern. Several of the workers are very rude and dont seem to care that missed deliveries affect my livelihood. We have complained to the postmaster and she just gives us attitude and sends is away. No wonder USPS is going bankrupt. I will use UPS whenever possible and do what I can to report this horrible location.

Is there a reason why I mailed my Mothers day cards from my community mailbox on the 5th but my people didnt receive their cards until the 12th, after Mothers Day. Some were local/some out of state both received on Tuesday after Mothers Day. Is the post office short staffed or did my carrier not remove from the mail until late? Just asking. Im going to be neutral/try again.

Attempted to use telephone for service question. Impossible!Mail is on hold, but unable to retrieve it. Would like neighbor to do so.Would like directions on what documentation is needed by my neighbor at time of mail pickup.No one to speak to, no relevant information.Hold time between 45 and 55 minutes.Telephone options are too numerous and to few persons available for a quick response to your customers.

Giving 2 stars because I believe the employees in the office are grouped with the ones who deliver the mail/packages. ... That being said the office people are fine. They are mildly friendly and work at a regular pace earning a wage... Nothing more, nothing less. On the other hand, when receiving mail and especially packages the carriers are HORRIBLE! They leave your packages outside and dont bother to knock even if you have a LARGE sign to knock and NOT leave packages outside. Just rude and inconsiderate of people and their protection from theft..... Same go for the mail. They seem to enjoy seeing our mail and packages destroyed or stolen, why else would they leave it in bad conditions and not even attempt to give a knock on the door or follow directions. Ive lovedin 2 different places in 75137 and this is my experience... TERRIBLE

They got lucky what I order wasnt glass. Literally 5 minutes ago a package was deliver. No door bell rang and the box was drop. I have a pretty good size house and I was at the far end I was able to hear my box being drop to the floor made a good loud noise.

I visit this post office more than once a month for business. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, even the customers I sometimes wait in line with. One of the employees even resembles Bernard from Westworld and had the same soothing manner.

They are stealing Packages and nothing is being done about it !! How was my package out for Delivery Friday morning Friday evening return back to the post office then the lady scan it back in for pick up . I go there the next morning . For my pick up . Well they can’t find my package this is the second time and the post master will tell you to call insurance . Who can you call to report this problem ??This post office should be close

As far as delivery of items I ship out, they have done very well. Out of 154 shipped over the last 3 years, not one has been lost by this post office. (I work in Downtown Dallas, and the mail service there loses letters daily)The delivery drivers do occasionally deliver items to the wrong address here in my neighborhood, but I have called before and they were able to GPS track which house it was delivered to.

Cornell was being difficult in the beginning because my mom has 2 last names and after we proved that my moms name he then made more difficult by asking proof of address which we had to back to our home and to get a piece of mail to prove it

This PO is great! I often have to take packages here & stand in line for an acceptance scan. They are always very polite and helpful. A different post office delivers my mail & the carriers are great but you are out of luck if you need to interact with anyone there. So I really appreciate the Duncanville post office. 😊

Would suggest not to use Visa/Debit ATM cards since there have been many claims that bank accaunts have been emptied. There has been a order to check and investigate. Just a look out If possible just use CASH in you purchases. It is sad that lazy people are so disconsidete and get money the easy way. We take it very seriously. If you are going to use your card, please protect your PIN people that work here are not ALL decent but investigations are taking place. Please be patient.

Im sick and tired of this post office, i order a large amount of packages all year around because 95% of my shopping is online. I have lost count of how many times they have lost my packages or leave me someone elses mail. They need to be more careful with what they doing. This is VERY frustrating. There is other people getting for free what someone else payed for. 😠

This place is a joke! By far the WORST post office in the area! There are NEVER enough clerks and they can NEVER get a priority or express mail letter envelope delivered on time as promised. This is the 2nd time I have used this post office for an express mail letter and I paid $22.95 for it to be delivered the next day, as promised, and it arrives 3 days later?!?!?!?! That was my rent in that envelope and now my property manager charged me $55.00 for being late, which I am NEVER late on my rent. I will NEVER, EVER use this place again!!! I will continue to use Southlakes post office because at least they have competent people on their payroll who make sure the mail is delivered on time!

Weve used this post office for 16 years. Service has always been courteous, and lines usually have been minimal, though there have been exceptions. The problem is that this post office is located near an organization whose members send out hundreds of stamped letters per individual per quarter, these people want commemoratives, and it is frequently short of such stamps. This branch has complained to USPS, but cant get any action, because Duncanville is thought of by the powers that be as a bit of a podunk. So if you want special stamps, either get them online or go to Cedar Hill (Beltline near 67).

735 W Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, TX 75116. Today September 6, 2018 at approximately 10:15 am. at this address one of its delivery men. It is parked obstructing the handicapped parking. I post some photos. So that they realize who he is, after I finish delivering correspondence. He parked up ahead. Same obstructing handicapped parking.
