Im a new customer and I have not been able to contact anyone for 3 weeks to pick up my garment. Ive been to the location on 3 different days and the sign on the door states the power is out however all the other establishments surrounding the store is operating as normal. This is unacceptable for any business!!

I used them a year ago for 3 garments and the work was beautiful saying their work is tailored fit. Im on my way to have 3 more done and it is no doubt in my mind my pickup will be another satisfied customer as before. I have had clothes ruined from being altered by unqualified so called seamstress in the past. This place expertise in their craft is the best.

Found this place through some googling and reviews. Had to get a gown altered for daughters prom and forgot about it until the week of.....very short notice. Went here and they did an excellent job, had it done in a day and only charged us $17 with tax.Going to take our bridesmaids dresses and other daughters bridal gown here for June wedding....so far great service, great quality, fast and cheap.

Brought a $300 gown and upon pick up these were the results! Stained dress and a snag in dress! Of course they deny fault. Bought it at Dillard’s and brought straight here. They continue to tell me about the cleaners can fix it. I paid them $82.00 and the results were awful!

The work is good, but customer service is lacking. I came to pick up my dress and they closed up early. They had just let someone in and locked the doors as I was walking up. The lady that runs the place looked at me and wouldn’t even come to the door. She moved out of eyesight.

If you need any alterations done they got you. And itll get done quickly!

I have always been satisfied with whatever alteration/sewing work that has been done here. Turnaround time is two days or less.

They do not respect black people, they messed up 5 pair of pants, a bill over $100.00 with several other items. They told me it was to long for them correct them. They told me they would take a dollar off each pair to correct. Wow.

Where do I begin? Ive been to many tailors but I usually go once and never come back based on the work they do. I follow a fashion blogger and noticed she uses tailors so I decided I would try a tailor again. These ladies are so bomb. The first time they altered something for me, I become obsessed with getting as many as my new unworn clothes to get them altered. They only take cash so save yourself a trip and bring cash. You wont go to any other tailor after going here. Its like NYC busy in here.

I love this place. I have a slim build and is 6 4. There are not many, that can have me looking G.Q.

The absolute worst customer service in The WORLD. As soon as I walked in she pointed me to a fitting room. I told her its not for me to take a look at the garment she says l cant do. I said you havent even looked at what I have. She said I cant do. WTH
