Beware! They quote a perfectly reasonable price to tell you how much it will cost, then want $800 to clean the first 5 feet of the chimney and the dryer vent. This seems to be a common scam these days. I understand the very low quoted price may not include everything, but over 4 times the quoted price? Thats a scam.

No call/no show.Appointment scheduled for 12/6/20 between 1-5pm and no one called or showed up.I called business next day and was asked if I wanted to reschedule because they were busy on a big job to make the appointment. No concern, no apology.Asked for the manager to call me, never received a call.

Very disheartened by my experience with Duncanville Chimney Sweep & Dryer Vent Cleaning. Called almost 2 weeks ago to have our dryer vents cleaned out. Chose them because of the reviews on google. Day of the appointment no one showed or called- in me following up I was told that the gentlemen had a flat tire. Having had a flat tire that week myself I understood and gladly rescheduled for Monday. Monday came and no one showed again- I called to follow up 3 times with them and was told there was only one tech and that we would have to be rescheduled AGAIN but was reassured that we would be on Priority. Today was the day we were set to be on the priority list and I called around 9am to update that we wouldnt have anyone home until 10am and asked if this would change our priority status and was told no. I just called to check the status on the request and was told that there was no record of our appointment today and no such priority but that they could put us on stand by- needless to say we are going with another company. We waited for the appointment only to wait to have to cancel. I really was hoping this would have been a good experience.

He explained everything in clear detail and gave us the best approaches an possible fixes. I would recommend Martin and this company to all friends and family. Fantastic Service-

So, so, sooooo honest. He just left my house. Great work. Very courteous. When he comes to your home and if he doesnt think you need your ducts cleaned, hell tell you and wont charge you for the coming over.

He was on time, competitively priced, efficient, and called me at work to let me know what he found. He also assessed my air ducts to see if they needed cleaning.

These guys have been great! Such a courteous staff, a real pleasure to work with. They have been prompt and provide an awesome service.

They came to our home, and after about 20 minutes of work, showed that we had an issue not with the vent, but with the flapper at the top of our home.

The best part for me was when he pointed out that I had a hole going into our house where the HVAC guys failed to put foam. Hopefully he caught this for me before a mouse comes to visit!
