I went in to inquire about a loan and was about to close the deal when I asked Angela if I would be able to speak with her specifically because I enjoy her customer service very much and she told me she hopes so and I said whats going on and another customer told me she is getting replaced?! That changed my mind entirely. My 5 star rating is for her service and if she is replaced I will definitely not be getting a loan with you guys. She is the ONLY reason I would.

Definitely 5 stars. Angela definitely makes the experience of having to get a payday loan so much easier and enjoyable! Every time I come in she greets me by name with a smile. Honestly the warmth and friendliness from staff is the only reason I keep coming back to do business!

My aunt and i came to this location for a loan due to our car breaking down while we were down there visting family; the process was quick and easy; also the customer service was beyond amazing in my opion they deserve 15+++++++ n then some gold stars they were super sweet ladies, i especially appreciate how patient they were with my aunt who has some disabilities due to her stroke in 2011 including speech difficulties they were very patient kind caring n compassionate towards her which was much appreciated. If you live in Duncan and need a loan to get thru i highly recommend this place.
