They have the worst billing system. You get a total for bills that are months old without any description of services and payment is expected within 30 days even though it took them a year to bill you. The website listed for online payments is an advertisement for medical software.

I was billed for a covered procedure almost two years later. And when you call to rectify the situation you get a different person each time who never gets back to you as they say they will. Im a retire disabled veteran and this is complete bs. And now my credit is in jeopardy all because they didnt file insurance claim correctly and will never let me know what the status is. Will never use this provider again.

Their billing is the worst , when you receive bill for multiple dates for the previous year is unacceptable. Their response is our insurance should have let us know. Do they want us to pay our bills to the insurance companies?
