Told the guy how I wanted but he just got distracted and cut a lot more on parts that he should of have.

Went in at five after calling and asking if able to do my hair color with thick highlights on top. The lady at the desk said they dont do color after five. I told her I had called and was told as long as I arrived here before five. She then told me to hold on and went to speak with the manager. I could hear them talking in front of clients, stating I dont mind doing the color, its the highlights Im worried about. I only scheduled me and you till five.I agreed to just the color n I walked out with the same color with a small red tint.While the styalist did my hair the other one cut about 6 mens hair.They could have done my hair the way I wanted and if I liked it. I have always given tips. That would have mad up for the male cuts they did.I walked in 5 minutes before 5pm left at 6:40. False advertisement when you say you dont schedule appointments only walk ins, but then say you dont have time to do my hair and accept a bunch of appointments after me.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTING WITH THE MANAGER.

Worst experience with lady there. She is creepy and always tries to pick at me. She is not a good listener either. Meaning she does not communicate well with desired haircut.
