Marcus Towing is hands down the BEST! He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was brought home safely! Marcus is very cautious and safe and knows what he is doing. My name is Steven Roberts and I found the automated quote system and lack of personal response to be not at All helpful. My location was 0.5 miles from the shop and I was quoted as needing 3 hours before they could assist. That would have been better to here from an actual human.

This night I came out of the grocery store and found a flat tire. Marcus & sons Tow Trucks LLC sent Shane. He was super nice and really good at his job. He changed my flat tire ASAP . They are the best.

Today Ive got a nail in my tire when driving away from home that I was not aware of till I hit freeway when hearing a noise from my vehicle. Shane was there to help me within 20 mins. of my call. He helped me safely get back on freeway by replacing my tire with the spare.

I needed to get my car towed to the nearest auto shop after getting into an accident. The woman on the phone (the dispatcher) was very calming and helpful in a time of urgency and annoyance after the situation I had dealt with. She told me she would send someone out to me as soon as I hang up, and she did. The guy came out within 30 minutes, and he helped me tow my car, and he gave me a lift.
