I called for general information Angela picked up very rude I understand we are looking for work but that doesnt give her permission to be as rude as she was. Customer service goes a long way if you are rude like this before even asking questions I will pass on working with them. I can imagine what it would be like. If you do decide to anyway dont talk to Angela.

So I was working for them. I was calling my recruiter for 3 weeks straight for work and a letter that I need to turn in. So I had to show up in person only to tell her that I couldnt get the letter for another twenty-four hours but then gets mad at me because I was upset because Ive been calling for 3 weeks straight for one person to pick up the phone then tells me Im not at your beck and call. I understand that but you could at least return phone calls needless to say staff is very disrespectful.

I walked in off the street on a Monday, had an interview on Friday and by the following Tuesday, Angela called to let me know I had a job! LOVE these guys!!

The recruiter LaShanda is very unprofessional, and truly an embarrassment to the company. I called to inquire about any Customer Sevice / Call Center opportunities. I was told by lashanda that there were some options and she asked me to come in the office. I came into the office and filled out the application and she printed off my resume. As she is looking over my job history, she asked, very abrasive “Why don’t you keep jobs long?”, and I’m shocked. I explained to her the reasoning and she says “Well, you need 2 years of call center and you only have 1”. Common sense would have been for her to say that there was a time pre requisite on our initial call, but I didn’t say anything. I asked if she could still submit me. She goes to the recruiter dealing with this assignment and I can hear them talk about me (not in a professional way) and lashanda and the Asian woman just start laughing and I can see the Asian woman looking at me. Lashanda comes back to the table and tells me that they are no longer recruiting for that position. So now I’m embarrassed, feeling ashamed since I was judge , and wasted gas. If you go to this staffing agency, make sure that they have what you’re looking for before going up there. AND DONT DEAL WITH LASHANDA , EXTREMELY CHILDISH , UNPROFESSIONAL, WITH AN UNPLEASANT attitude and odor.
