USPS were gonna charge me $98 for my package, so I called Quick Quick. Staff was so friendly, and he even texted me with all the informations that I needed. I ended up paying almost half of what USPS were charging me. Probably the cheapest way to send the package to Korea.

They scale back of the office and customer never know if its been weighted more. I scaled 2lbs at home and they said 4lbs total at the store(box for 2lbs?). Also will really force you do express shipping even though we wanted regular shipment which was a couple of dollars less. Felt like we might be bad customer for not choosing expensive one. We had to do it and that never feel good. Wouldn’t recommend this place because they will force you to choose expensive one anyway.

Very rude and ignorant staff members. Went to ship an item and left very angry and unhappy due to the rudeness of the staff and manager. The slightly cheaper price is not worth having to deal with these unprofessional employees.

We have been this place about three times. During our first visit, a staff member served us and it was fine. During the last two visits, the owner served us and he was quite rude both times. He seems to expect a customer to leave in 5 mins and rushes a customer too much. Each extra min you stay in the office makes him annoyed. Worse, if a customer asks a question, he first sighs, takes some time (which seems like he is pressing his anger), and answers in a rude tone. Customers should not be treated that badly when we pay our money. Luckily I found that this business is not a monopoly (thank god!) and there are at least two other express delivery service stores (logen and ACI) in the same area.
