Very bad experience i saw a peoperty on realtor and called them and spoke about it to view told them i am pre approved but i want to see the house first , the lady then asked me the time to view which we confirmed and said ok to view and asked if i can give her my preapproved letter i told her i dont want to give it till the time i dont see the property at this point she was fine and we disconnected. 10 min later i get a call from some rude person who strted with the call saying hey my manager gavr mr your number you wnat to view this property i replied him saying yes and to which he said ok at 3 o clock and can i send him thr preapproved letter i told him i just spoke to the lady earlier and told her i want to see the property first and his reply was IN A VERY RUDE VOICE IF YOU CANNOT GIVE ME THR PREAPPROVED LETTER THEN U CANNOT SEE THE PROPERTY and disconnected the call. I have called them 6 times not that i am desperate but to confront this rude behavior but unfortunately they would just not answer any calls very rude person he needs to learn some customer service skills

I loved my experience with Best Realty, LLC. The broker was extremely patient with me as I am inquisitive in nature and had a multitude of questions. He answered every one of my questions and didnt even seem to get frustrated with me. He sent me multiple properties to choose from which made the home search relatively easy as all I had to do was tell him which ones I liked and we would go and look at them together.
