Avoid these guys if you want to move in a timely manner, or in fact move at all!We booked a move with them one week in advance of the actual date of the move. They confirmed that they would arrive between 8 and 9 am.On the day of the move, they were not there by 9:30 am. We called and were told they were running behind and were 15 or 20 minutes away from us.10:30 am came and went, and still they had not shown. We called and left a voice mail.11:30 am and still no truck or call back. More voicemails were left.12:00 pm and we hadnt been called back and didnt have a truck show up. We called again, and again got voice mail. More messages left.1:00 pm and we were still without a truck and crew to move or even an explanation of where they were! We called yet again and got voice mail. At this point we gave up and booked with another company to move us a few days later.This was 5 days ago. I have STILL not heard back as to why this company failed to show up for a move they booked and confirmed. The location we were moving from was not inaccessible on GPS/Google Earth, so I know it wasnt because they couldnt find us. Our phones were working (we received other calls during the 5 hours we were waiting for them) so I know they didnt fail to call us because of anything on our end. We had someone at the start and end locations ALL MORNING and they did not show up at either place, so clearly they did not mix up the start/end locations and figure we bailed on them.Thank goodness they did not take any credit card information up front.In short - DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH PRECISION MOVERS IF YOU ACTUALLY PLAN ON MOVING.

Ernest with Precision Movers TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND NEVER SHOWED UP!!! This is a real review! If you need dependable movers DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! They have ignored my calls, took my money, and never showed up! I called and I had to dispute the fees with my bank! I am a single mother and they left me struggling to find movers the day of my move.

I was well pleased with Precision Movers service. The movers were on time and very professional in moving my furniture. They padded my furniture and took very good care in making sure nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.JulieAtlanta, GA

Spoke with Ernest in order to book a move for my girlfriend the next day. Stressed the importance of move taking place at the scheduled time. Ernest assured me that movers would arrive between 8 and 9am the following morning. Needless to say, they were a no show. I text Ernest and made several attempts to contact him by telephone, I could tell that he began to send both our calls to voicemail. This is the most unprofessional outfit I have ever encountered and would not recommend them to move a doghouse. Avoid at all costs.

I hired this company to move me from Atlanta to Duluth. The two men showed up uniformed and worked rather quickly. They handled my furniture with care and did not hit walls or anything. The owner was always available to any questions and called to make sure everything was okay. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because at one point, one of the movers was just giving boxes and stuff off the truck to the other guy to take up by himself, which seemed to slow the process. But as soon as I told him we needed to finish this process up, they got it done quickly.

If you are looking for a company with strong moral character this is NOT the company for you. From personal experience I can say that the owner is only looking out for his best interests and not doing what is morally right.

My husband and I booked Precision Movers via U-Haul to help us load a truck in Macon for a cross-country move to Arizona. Lo and behold when we began unpacking in Arizona, we discovered the extent of the damage to our belongings, furniture, and everything else. They put pieces in like a terrible jigsaw puzzle, didnt properly wrap our furniture - leaving much of it scratched or bent. They also neglected to add any padding between our things and the truck door (common sense - our helpers on this end were pretty appalled at how they had packed things). They obviously did not care, couldnt be bothered to take any precautions to protect out things. Save your furniture (and yourself the grief) and look elsewhere for movers.

I have used them 3 times without incident. Always prompt and professional, no damage to my furniture and I always recommend to any friends that ask about a moving company

I have damage to property and when the owner was notified he stated he would come out and review and he never did after I sent pictures to him on damage to my bookshelf. It appears they hit the top when they moved it causing a crack at corner. I have left several more messages before making this post and will be happy to modify my comments based on the resolution.I am checking business records and BBB reports of which I should have done first.
