The caucasian woman at the front desk is rude and lazy . she lied and said she couldnt do my labs because there wasnt a doctors name on the order. I walked outside to look at the order and the doctors name was clearly checked. she lied and said her email is down and cant receive emails so my employer faxed the orders over. She then suggested to come back on monday, I replied no i am a Emergency response nurse and have to start work on monday. After trying to go back inside she locked the door well before 12pm. If you hate your job so much then quit, stay far away from any job involving public service.

Worst experience: Today visited the location for employment drug test and registered using self kiosk. Waited for 45 more minutes and checked why I did not get call and they conveyed people already have appointments will called first and then me ...I asked when is my turn and they can’t even know that to tell . I waited patiently for my turn did not get call for another 15 mins and I moved to my car and waited . Suddenly got 10 message to come inside . I went inside and waited for 10 more minutes and checked again with them and to my shock they told your turn over and you need to register again to get called. I never seen any Lab treating their customers in rude manner and asking to register again . Attitude from the tall lady is worst and not even told will call next or some time . All my fasting for 12+ hours are wastePlease don’t visit this location . Worst attitude and rude behavior by both the staff .

I had an amazing experience at LabCorp today. There is a kiosk in the lobby used to check everyone in. It’s the modern day sign in sheet. You then wait for your name to be called. They confirm the nature of your visit.Less than a minute later I was called back. Mrs. Yolanda was ultra sweet and kind. She explained EVERYTHING to me (new job/drug testing). From the sample of the sample, the first round of results, how to lock up my belongings and how she wouldn’t be judgmental if my results came back sketchy πŸ€—. I was fully aware of what to expect.Kind people matter in the service industry. I am not feeling well today and she helped brighten up my day.

I’ve visited for the first time 6 years ago for preemployment screening, excellent experience. However more recently I’ve had to go to this location several times on one week, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Both times I went in as a walk in, self check in through the kioskWas a breeze, in and out within 20 mins or less each time. Lastly I am a very very hard stick to draw blood, normally takes a few tries, Maria β€œMM” is nothing short of amazing, she’s right on point each time and I only have to be stuck once! The staff has been preprofessional, friendly and helpful each timeI visit! Thank you

I’ve had to go to this location multiple times and I’ve been met with a variety of different staff. I love most of them, but JAMISHA takes the cake y’all! She is the nicest, most sincere technician I’ve ever come across. No matter how busy it is, she always makes sure everyone is taken care of and somehow is able to put a smile on most everyone’s face. She is fast, efficient, and even able to have a friendly conversation while doing her job. That’s a hard thing to do!The wait can last a while if you don’t book ahead of time on the labcorps website. Even when you book an appointment, they are often understaffed. Just BE PATIENT and be nice! They run these people ragged! Because of the pandemic, you can even check in from your phone in your car now and they will text you when it’s time to go in. It’s that easy! Wear a mask. ;)

Horrible location that is clearly understaffed. I arrived at 11:48 am expecting to be able to leave a urine sample before they went to lunch break at 12:30pm. I sign in and wait in my car. Two minutes later, I get a text informing me that I was next. At this time, its 11:54am. I walk in and a tech tells me to come back because they are going on break? Whattt? They are supposed to break at 12:30pm and even so, I cant leave my sample before you guys go to break? I literally had to hold my bladder until they got back at 1:30pm. I kill some time and arrive back to Labcorp at 1:17pm and wait in the car. I see people line up trying to get inside (who I later found out were people needing to use Labcorps services) and no one didnt come to open the door until 1:37pm. I had to sign in AGAIN. Im waiting patiently and a tech who is responsible for other testing--not realed to drug screening anounces that if youre here for a drug screen, expect to wait an additional 10 minutes because that tech isnt here right now. Well, 10 minutes turned into an half an hour. This is ghetto and unprofessional. How much longer do they expect people to hold their urine? All in all, go to a different Labcorp. This isnt worth the bladder infection. πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

If youre coming on a Saturday, come early and be patient. When you walk in, go to the machine and check in there. There are 2, so pick one of them to sign in at. The machine will ask for your ID and insurance card. It will scan it. Do not go to the window. After you checked in, take a seat and wait for them to call your name to the window. To make it faster, keep your ID, insurance card, credit card, and doctors order in hand. If you have a copay or paying out of pocket, have a credit card ready. They do not take cash. As long as you follow instructions, you should be in and out. I arrived at 8. Checked in and left at 830. Staff was very nice. Tasha took my blood and I didnt feel a thing. She also said it will take 3-4 business days before the doctor will get my blood results. Staff was very nice this morning.

Went today for medical lab work and had a very pleasant experience. The wait time was literally less than 5 min. I am incredibly terrified of needles, to the point of hysterically crying. I explained this to the lady who drew my blood (I hate that I forgot her name, but I think it starts with a J). She was so sweet and comforting, and even had me laughing throughout the process....which NEVER happens because I’m always too busy crying.

I only give them one star because the staff was reasonably nice. First, the receptionist said the wait would be about 20 minutes; it was over an hour. Second, there is a big sign that says there is complementary coffee, but there were only a few sugar packets on the table. Third, and most importantly, they told my wife her lab results would be ready in 5-7 days, and sent to her doctor ... Well, its been 10 days, and no result, and now they are claiming there is no record! Well then, what the heck did we pay for?Avoid this place like the plague ... they are completely incompetent. They also repeatedly violated HIPAA ... these offices are NOT supposed to scream out a patients name to go to the back ... sorry, but there is abundant case law on this issue ... So, be warned, they are sloppy ... who knows how many peoples rights they violate and have violated.

The initial photos on google maps made it seem like they were in the GA eye physicians unit, but they’re actually located on the corner of the building to the left of the Anchor Pharmacy. It’s an unmarked unit, which led to a bit of confusion, but the address takes you straight to the building! Know that the unit is on the far left. Check in was super simple via a new Kiosk system where you enter in your information (paperless! woohoo to eco friendly solutions!) on the little kiosk and within 10 minutes they called my name to gather my lab request information from my doctor who referred me. Another 5 minutes later & I was called back, my blood work was taken easily & calmly (I get anxious when near needles, but the man helping was very informative, patient & kind). Would recommend this location to anyone! Easy, fast, & even though it says they operate best by appointment- I walked right in with doctor referral same day & was taken care of right away! Great place.

I was sent to this location through my employer and I am not impressed and extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I spoke to the women behind the glass before I could even say anything she points to the kiosk and tells me β€œYou can check in over there.” To me that was rude. Hard to find them if its your first time coming and you are using Gps, Gps makes you take turn way before or just makes you do a stupid U turn, so just pull in at the Ga eye physicians and the LabCorp will be a step next on their left side. Just went by today to get a titer for Hep B. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The front Administrative Lady/Nurse was friendly and she was the one who also did the titers for me. But besides that the Norcross LabCorp did a awesome job too with my wifes physical and her titers. Staff are very rude. While making an online appointment I wondered how could a sample collecting place have such a poor reviews, and I should’ve taken that as caution. Please find other places to do your testing done.
