I made an appointment online. And it is super easy and I checked-in in my car 15 minutes prior to the appointment time, waited for text message saying my physician was ready about 5 minutes. When I stepped in, the physician just called my name. Then I have my urine drug test done. Everything is fast and smooth👍

Horrible location! The location is severely understaffed. Im literally pissing myself here and no one is coming to take the sample. Another customer is sitting on my right side who had to hold his sample in his hand for 20 mins.

Phlebotomist was very nice and made sure I was okay before leaving since I got a little dizzy.

The caucasian woman at the front desk is rude and lazy . she lied and said she couldnt do my labs because there wasnt a doctors name on the order. I walked outside to look at the order and the doctors name was clearly checked. she lied and said her email is down and cant receive emails so my employer faxed the orders over. She then suggested to come back on monday, I replied no i am a Emergency response nurse and have to start work on monday. After trying to go back inside she locked the door well before 12pm. If you hate your job so much then quit, stay far away from any job involving public service.

Worst experience: Today visited the location for employment drug test and registered using self kiosk. Waited for 45 more minutes and checked why I did not get call and they conveyed people already have appointments will called first and then me ...I asked when is my turn and they can’t even know that to tell . I waited patiently for my turn did not get call for another 15 mins and I moved to my car and waited . Suddenly got 10 message to come inside . I went inside and waited for 10 more minutes and checked again with them and to my shock they told your turn over and you need to register again to get called. I never seen any Lab treating their customers in rude manner and asking to register again . Attitude from the tall lady is worst and not even told will call next or some time . All my fasting for 12+ hours are wastePlease don’t visit this location . Worst attitude and rude behavior by both the staff .

I had an amazing experience at LabCorp today. There is a kiosk in the lobby used to check everyone in. It’s the modern day sign in sheet. You then wait for your name to be called. They confirm the nature of your visit.Less than a minute later I was called back. Mrs. Yolanda was ultra sweet and kind. She explained EVERYTHING to me (new job/drug testing). From the sample of the sample, the first round of results, how to lock up my belongings and how she wouldn’t be judgmental if my results came back sketchy 🤗. I was fully aware of what to expect.Kind people matter in the service industry. I am not feeling well today and she helped brighten up my day.

I would like to thank the staff that were working on Saturday morning, March 20, 2021. They were very helpful and patient with my mother who was having trouble while giving her samples. The lab personnel, the front desk and everybody was very kind to us. Thank you for your help.

I’ve visited for the first time 6 years ago for preemployment screening, excellent experience. However more recently I’ve had to go to this location several times on one week, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Both times I went in as a walk in, self check in through the kioskWas a breeze, in and out within 20 mins or less each time. Lastly I am a very very hard stick to draw blood, normally takes a few tries, Maria “MM” is nothing short of amazing, she’s right on point each time and I only have to be stuck once! The staff has been preprofessional, friendly and helpful each timeI visit! Thank you

I’ve had to go to this location multiple times and I’ve been met with a variety of different staff. I love most of them, but JAMISHA takes the cake y’all! She is the nicest, most sincere technician I’ve ever come across. No matter how busy it is, she always makes sure everyone is taken care of and somehow is able to put a smile on most everyone’s face. She is fast, efficient, and even able to have a friendly conversation while doing her job. That’s a hard thing to do!The wait can last a while if you don’t book ahead of time on the labcorps website. Even when you book an appointment, they are often understaffed. Just BE PATIENT and be nice! They run these people ragged! Because of the pandemic, you can even check in from your phone in your car now and they will text you when it’s time to go in. It’s that easy! Wear a mask. ;)

Horrible location that is clearly understaffed. I arrived at 11:48 am expecting to be able to leave a urine sample before they went to lunch break at 12:30pm. I sign in and wait in my car. Two minutes later, I get a text informing me that I was next. At this time, its 11:54am. I walk in and a tech tells me to come back because they are going on break? Whattt? They are supposed to break at 12:30pm and even so, I cant leave my sample before you guys go to break? I literally had to hold my bladder until they got back at 1:30pm. I kill some time and arrive back to Labcorp at 1:17pm and wait in the car. I see people line up trying to get inside (who I later found out were people needing to use Labcorps services) and no one didnt come to open the door until 1:37pm. I had to sign in AGAIN. Im waiting patiently and a tech who is responsible for other testing--not realed to drug screening anounces that if youre here for a drug screen, expect to wait an additional 10 minutes because that tech isnt here right now. Well, 10 minutes turned into an half an hour. This is ghetto and unprofessional. How much longer do they expect people to hold their urine? All in all, go to a different Labcorp. This isnt worth the bladder infection. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I was not pleased with the service and customers service I received. Staff were very rude and unfriendly.

If youre coming on a Saturday, come early and be patient. When you walk in, go to the machine and check in there. There are 2, so pick one of them to sign in at. The machine will ask for your ID and insurance card. It will scan it. Do not go to the window. After you checked in, take a seat and wait for them to call your name to the window. To make it faster, keep your ID, insurance card, credit card, and doctors order in hand. If you have a copay or paying out of pocket, have a credit card ready. They do not take cash. As long as you follow instructions, you should be in and out. I arrived at 8. Checked in and left at 830. Staff was very nice. Tasha took my blood and I didnt feel a thing. She also said it will take 3-4 business days before the doctor will get my blood results. Staff was very nice this morning.

I’ve just left this unit and it took just 5 min to get in and get out. With the appointment and fast check in it was a smooth, fast and pleaser experience. And the service was great. This just became my lab unit of choice. It was worth the 20 min drive.

Took an antibody covid test on Jan 15th and still havent got result as of today Jan 25th. Called them today and left message and no one called me back. Terrible place and lazy people.

My husband went to get a container for 24 hr urine and some bloodwork. They sent him home with the container and said they would do the bloodwork when he returned with the urine - even though he had fasted for it. Terrible service!

They stop doing certain provided services during their listed business hours, but you have no way of knowing that until you get here and see a posting about it. Really sucks for people who have to use bikes or other forms of inconvenient transportation to plan coming here, sometimes necessary for employment, and get turned away.

Called multiple times. No one picks up the phone. When I walked in the other day, lobby was empty and receptionist at desk. Was a simple question that I had to go in to have answered because no one can answer the phone.

Just left and everyone was nice. I only got Tara’s name , she was wonderful with my son. He was so scared and she was patient. Thank you so much

I signed in the kiosk and waited about 5 minutes to take a drug test for my employment. Ms. Jamisha is the nurse that attended me and was very sweet! I was still in “sleep mode” so I wasn’t really listening to her instructions, but she was patient and understanding. Very friendly and polite! Service was fast too. I was in and out in no time. Ms. Jamisha brightened my day! Thank you!

Went today for medical lab work and had a very pleasant experience. The wait time was literally less than 5 min. I am incredibly terrified of needles, to the point of hysterically crying. I explained this to the lady who drew my blood (I hate that I forgot her name, but I think it starts with a J). She was so sweet and comforting, and even had me laughing throughout the process....which NEVER happens because I’m always too busy crying.

If you need to go to a labcorp DO NOT go to this one. They are awful with organization and just completely incompetent. Dont think about signing up for the version where you can wait in your car because they will skip over you and i had to wait an entire extra hour because of this and on top of that the person at the front was extremely rude.

Terrible customer service and horrifying wait time. What is the point of respecting their time (and mine) by scheduling an appointment when the staff doesnt even know how to maneuver the appointment application! My appointment was at 10:30 and I waited over an hour even though I came in extra early to give them ample of time to check me in. The staff wasnt even aware I had an appointment! The staff was busy turning customers who came in for drug test because they did not have anyone to do the test. Why did LabCorp not notify the customers who scheduled an appointment beforehand so they didnt have to trek to their facility just to get turn away? By far, the best facility to go to is the one located across from St. Josephs hospital.

Very rude and unprofessional staff! They curse and talk about inappropriate things. Refused to allow me to get an important paper out of the car for my health insurance. Had to pay in full for a service that my health insurance could have covered. Do not go to this location!

I only give them one star because the staff was reasonably nice. First, the receptionist said the wait would be about 20 minutes; it was over an hour. Second, there is a big sign that says there is complementary coffee, but there were only a few sugar packets on the table. Third, and most importantly, they told my wife her lab results would be ready in 5-7 days, and sent to her doctor ... Well, its been 10 days, and no result, and now they are claiming there is no record! Well then, what the heck did we pay for?Avoid this place like the plague ... they are completely incompetent. They also repeatedly violated HIPAA ... these offices are NOT supposed to scream out a patients name to go to the back ... sorry, but there is abundant case law on this issue ... So, be warned, they are sloppy ... who knows how many peoples rights they violate and have violated.

The initial photos on google maps made it seem like they were in the GA eye physicians unit, but they’re actually located on the corner of the building to the left of the Anchor Pharmacy. It’s an unmarked unit, which led to a bit of confusion, but the address takes you straight to the building! Know that the unit is on the far left. Check in was super simple via a new Kiosk system where you enter in your information (paperless! woohoo to eco friendly solutions!) on the little kiosk and within 10 minutes they called my name to gather my lab request information from my doctor who referred me. Another 5 minutes later & I was called back, my blood work was taken easily & calmly (I get anxious when near needles, but the man helping was very informative, patient & kind). Would recommend this location to anyone! Easy, fast, & even though it says they operate best by appointment- I walked right in with doctor referral same day & was taken care of right away! Great place.

Came here for a drug test for my job and expected the worst based on these reviews, but the staff is very nice and I was in and out within 15 minutes. They were even able to see me early so I was done by the time of my real reservation. This location also has a public restroom and free WiFi.

Even with a scheduled appointment I was seen 1 hour later. At one point there were 15 patients waiting in line and only 2 lab technicians. I have a standing order and have to come every month...each month is worse than the previous one. The Company, not the lab technicians are terrible, thinking only of the bottom line, not their employees and patients.

I have to give Lorraine props today on July 24, 2020. It was hectic at the Duluth location she was the only one running this facility alone I might add. She was very professional and courtesy asking us to bare with her she.

Walking into any business I expect to be greeted if not a friendly face at least a “hello” or “welcome” especially in a professional environment. I was sent to this location through my employer and I am not impressed and extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Immediately upon entering no “hellos” no “what can I help you with today?” Nothing. I spoke to the women behind the glass before I could even say anything she points to the kiosk and tells me “You can check in over there.” To me that was rude. I have never seen such a kiosk before if you are to be introducing new technology to better assist me introduce it with character. Also an elderly women with her grandson were asking questions about “LabCorp” and their services and how appointments are to be made.The women was so rude and short answering I was embarrassed for the women.There was a short self like table with coffee creamer and sugar but no coffee. Water dispenser with no water. I pray I never have to come back to this office for anything.

This lab is amazing. My husbands lab work took a long time but the staff came out and assured me that he was doing fine. This was our third time to visit this lab and each time everyone has been very friendly and professional.

I have a 10 am appointment and I arrived 20 minutes ahead of time. The people here are rude. They dont know their job, they dont respect people or their time. People whose appointment is after me are being taken. They claim they have a 30 min grace period. Just to give a pee sample! Ridiculous.

Ratings of Labcore offices in Ga is generally poor and it is a wonder how they are still in business. This is because we, the consumers, do not have much of other choices. I hope we do soon.

It is hard to imagine a more miserable experience, with either worse customer service or worse facilities. If you are at all like me, you did not consider which facility to get your testing done (beyond simple convenience). In hindsight, that attitude was a mistake. I think in total, I have made maybe one other review. But I feel compelled to warn others about this horrid place.

They make it seem like you are wasting their time and they have absurd policies on their drug testing with no care or consideration for people who have trouble drug testing due to anxiety and a shy bladder. Made appointment online and provided my email address phone number etc. and when I arrived there was a note on the door saying they were closed due to flooding. Given that they had my contact information, the proper thing to do would be to contact me so as not to waste my time and money getting there. I could have tried to arrange to go to an alternate location, but after reading the all one star reviews of the alternate location Im not sure that would have worked out well either. Note, I did get an email from them confirming my appointment, so if they could do that, they surely could have sent me one cancelling it.

This place is so much nicer and more informative that the Johns Creek location. They actually speak to you and inform you of what is going on. So even if you may have a wait you know why!

I made reservation online to do pre-employment drug screening because the location showed up as one of the eligible sites. I showed up exactly at 9am and the lady at the reception just said they cant do drug screening because they dont have hot water. First of all, where is your apology? Hard to find them if its your first time coming and you are using Gps, Gps makes you take turn way before or just makes you do a stupid U turn, so just pull in at the Ga eye physicians and the LabCorp will be a step next on their left side. Today I came to their office and didnt like to much their front office customer service. Everything else was ok. Oh and when i made my apt online and try to double check by calling them and making sure they take my insurance, the lady on the line was extremely rude!!!! She even hung up on me.

As a healthcare professional, drug test are the norm. I found this one in my area, went in, had my paper work and ids ready. I was signed in, went thru chain of custody, and was out in 15 minutes. Now, it’s time for another test and I will be going back.Quick, professional, and clean.

So walk ins walked in and were seen. Before anyone with an appointment. I am leaving and it is 12:50pm. Our list of names disapeared. I have been here 2hrs just to give urine. Just went by today to get a titer for Hep B. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The front Administrative Lady/Nurse was friendly and she was the one who also did the titers for me. (instead of waiting around for the other nurses/employees to finish and get to me).I didnt want to give a complete 5 since all I had to do was get a titer that the Norcross LabCorp couldnt do the previous week. But besides that the Norcross LabCorp did a awesome job too with my wifes physical and her titers. (furthermore, I had trouble in the past with being a difficult person to draw blood from).-just try to avoid busy hours and know that they are closed during lunch break. (since they have to eat like everyone else). I went on Tuesday late morning.-Thank you for giving awesome deals to GA-PCOM students! (when most other places charges ridiculous prices for a simple lab tests)
