I first want to start off my saying this was the first accident I have ever been in. Still a relatively new driver (just purchased my car back in 2016 in which I obtained my license) you can just imagine the overwhelming feelings I experienced. I wasn’t even going to press charges at first simply because of the after shock I felt and how scared I was but after speaking with my family I decided to move forward with it. I simply did a google check and that’s how I came across the law firm. From the moment of my phone call consultation to in person meeting with a rep and then knowing and speaking with my extensive team I was never left unsure. Well I settled with this firm. I felt the whole time I was being pressured to settle. I had to do 90% of the work, they could not even get the insurance info from the company that hit me. Then when I do settle, they tell me that I will have my check before Christmas, then I can pick it up before new years. Now because of covid they have to mail it. Total b.s. law firm please do yourself a favor and make more than one call

And today being about day 98 I still do not have my vehicle repaired(nor am I even closer to having it repaired than I would be if I had pursued it myself), there is a huge bill now owed to the impound lot where my wrecked car has been sitting that is due, I have paid over $2000.00 out of pocket for rental cars and other expenses that should have been taken care of by the at fault party.... And now I received an email notifying me that the lawyer has decided to separate due to the limited amount of medical injury settlement... Please people... Do not use this law firm... Save yourself from feeling victimized twice.

I was rear ended in a accident while working for a company ,after Mri I was notified that I had a herniated disc and two bulging disc , still do not know about damages in my neck I still suffer from pain and no treatment... this was the worst life changing experience I have ever had ... do your due diligence and make a good decision for your family !Some of the people on Mr .Hammil were very professional Such as Denise , but ultimately I am very disappointed and frightened with the outcome of my case ... I was involved in two accidents in the same month. Therefore my medical attention ended on the first case which effected my pay. Lets say I got paid under $5k. Right now in in litigation for the second accident and Im praying for a much better outcome especially after ending up with life time injuries.

Do not use this law firm. They do not care about you or your case unless it will make them a lot of $$$. When I first called them it took over a week to hear back, should have been my first red flag…This being my first ever accident, I had questions and concerns and it felt like I was a burden any time I asked a question to anyone working my case. They did not seem interested in fighting for me at all. I ended up settling for less than I should have due to the fact that my case had drawn on for over 4 months and no one was in communication with me ever and I was ready to put it all behind me. It took another 2 months for me to get my settlement and no one ever kept in contact with me, I was always the one reaching out about my case and where we were. I had to sign and re-sign the same documents multiple times (I guess they did not keep up with the paperwork). I will NEVER use this law firm again and I will do my best to make sure friends and family do not either.

I rated them a 5 thinking they were here to help me be treated fairly and with respect but they end up making me feel like it was my fault and the attorney representing me did not show up to court once he sent someone who out of the three years of being on the case I only knew for a couple months and he belittled me. What made me change the rating was the last thing the attorney said to me. I was the one seriously hurt not the attorney. My advice to any one who read this stick with a local attorney not someone off T.V. because its just false advertising and a quick buck for the law firm for doing nothing while you suffer in your time of need. I had an accident September 18th, 2019. The driver hit me in behind by stand still at the light waiting for my turn to go. I thought I had a winning case when it wasnt my fault. Now, I got a notice in the mail in the insurance the lawyers drop me and no longer on my case. My case isnt worth it to them because my damage on my car wasnt serve but I have lifetime of anxiety and back problems. So anybody want better outcome dont go with this firm they only care if you almost die in the accident with your car being toll versus your car being bang up a little. Dont mention my children was in the car and no sincere on them too. Dont call yourself lawyers if you cant do the job right.
