Instructors are amazing! Atmosphere is positive and friendly. You get great workout with people who are encouraging and supportive and you learn valuable self defense. The other great piece is that they work a variety of martial arts into your classes so you never get bored and you have instructors who know to how to motivate and challenge you. As a female it can be intimidating joining a martial art gym/school but not at MKG. They make everybody feel welcome and most important you become part of the MKG family which is amazing.

Very welcoming gym. Whether you are a beginner or not this gym and the members that are a part of it will help you grow! You will get a great workout, make new friends, and grow as a person. My 6 year old daughter attended her first ever Martial arts class here. She loved it! The instructors were very good with all the kids in the class and the other kids in the class were helping my daughter throughout the entire session without anyone asking them to. It was so fun to watch how they all work together and enjoy themselves.

Great people - great workout - dont be afraid to try it just because it says martial arts. Its a full body workout, not fighting - learning a new art - meeting some great folks and getting yourself into shape at any age. Kids and teen classes also available.

I have been associated with this gym for the better part of 11 years. The instructors, headed by Drake Ritchie, are very knowledgeable, and are happy to pass along their outstanding skills. One of the things I appreciate the most is the laid-back attitude of the gym. This gym will accept people of all skill levels, while still providing challenging workouts and superb instruction for experienced martial artists. A relaxed, positive, accepting gym environment with people who are happy to see new faces!

The coach had a white belt and told us we were doing muai thai and we were in a jujitsu gee was really confused about that.

Ive been part of this gym for years. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Its fun and its a comfortable place to be. Ive also had the best workouts here.

Loved my time here, definitely will go back when my schedule allows it.
