We have owned and operated E Z Pay, Inc. for more than 26 years. Same address, same telephone numbers and many of the same people. You can call here and talk to the same person you have been talking to all along. The Ko person is not a client and never has been. We believe her to be a competitor trying to hurt our reputation. Deal with her if you want a life lesson you wont soon forget.

Jessica Ko works for a competitor of E Z Pay and her comments are entirely false. With 25 years in the Merchant Processing business E Z Pay, inc. has never engaged in any practices that would be represented by her comments and as are all of us on the Internet subject to the lies of any competitor. No Merchant Bank would allow us to advertise ZERO fees.

For the first time, I did not clarify the various fees. 0% on the form was later refuted. Service attitude is very poor, not the service industry should look like!Before signing up, we were given a fee chart that stated 0%. Later they refuted that and said they never gave us that chart. The salesperson was incredibly rude to us and refused to admit fault. Terrible service, the complete opposite attitude to before We signed up.
