I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING LOADS WITH THIS BROKER!!!!!!!! I booked a load with Lisa Hannah. After booking the load, Ms. Lisa stopped answering her phone, and I couldnt get in contact with anyone in the office. Anyways, my driver picked up the load and got to the delivery, and they said their freezer was full and couldnt unload us and couldnt unload us until towards the end of next week. According to my call log, Ive called the dispatcher over 50 times and still no returned call. The load was picked up in Greenville, SC, and was supposed to deliver in Dunn, NC. My driver has to drive back to Greenville, SC, to return the load to the shipper. I will be invoicing this company, and I will let you guys know if they pay us for our diesel and time. WORST BROKER COMPANY EVER! Ill never book with them again.- Hustle Hard Trucking

Lisa Hannah and John Weber are some shady brokers. I booked a load with them, got to the receiver only to discover there was no load. They stopped answering the phone and responding to emails. However, after posting my review they sent me a TONU for $150 which did not compensate me for the time wasted.

Dispatcher name Nicholas Jeropke, Wont answer the phone or emails. We booked a load after booking this load, He never picked up the phone ever again, Now my driver is loaded with a load of beverages without a delivery appointment,

Sorry company dont book loads for them stay away please big head ache trying to contact and email them no answer.

Like stated by previous people. Cant get anyone on phone or email. Have no idea what they are doing. Need to be run out of business. Get load put on truck and disappear.

This comp they dont deserve even one star, we book load and at delivery they make us stay 4 days straightWe was on time at delivery,and not paying layover at all, they are very bad company they are the biggest Liar,Be aware and be careful with this company they are the worst

Dishonest broker company lie about the load (pick up/delivery dates and time, weights and etc.) to book it for less and once picked up all these problems come up and they threaten to call the load hostage.

Trash company they post a load but, its impossible to reach anyone lol
