I dropped off a piece of costume jewelry that I tried to fix on my own by adding glass glue and jewelry adhesive to the stones ... Which only made them cloudy so I told the guy look, one of the prong settings is broken. I want the following things:1.take a stone from the outside and move it to to replace the broken one, but ALSO REMOVE A STONE FROM THE OTHER SIDE TO MAKE IT EVEN ON BOTH SIDES.2. Remove the cloudy look from the stones I put clear coat on and replace them in the prongs.I said is this possible for you to do?He said YES.GREAT, SO I went to pick it up and he didnt make both sides of the necklace even, he also didnt remove the glue and then replace them in the prongs. He charged me ten dollars to take one stone out and move it to the middle which made the necklace UNEVEN. I said couldnt you use some nail polish remover to take the glue off the stones and put them back? He LITERALLY SAID $YOU COULD, BUT THATS JUST TOO MUCH WORK. WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE NECKLACE I SAID PLEASE JUST DO WHATEVER YOU CAN YO KEEP THIS UNDER FIFTY BUCKS AND he basically did nothing at all. LAZY.I WENT HOME, REMOVED THE STONES AND CLEANED THEM immediately, and now I have to take to another location to have them replaced and also have someone else FIX WHAT HE DID TO MAKE IT UNEVEN.

Was able to perfectly resize two rings from an 11 to a 9 1/2 in less than an hour for a very affordable cost. Highly recommended!

What I thought would be a simple errand of getting a battery for my wifes favorite watch turned into a three day, several shop venture. Most places no longer replaced batteries. When I found one that did the guy couldnt get the back off. I did a Google search and found Fast-Fix Jewelry in a nearby Walmart. I had no idea they were in there, but Im glad I found them.Went in and had a new battery and the watch reset in a matter of minutes.I forgot to mention, they have some great looking jewelry as well.

The ring I needed sized is a family heirloom Wedding ring and it was a size 7 and I needed it resized to a 5. The ring has filigree and other engravings along the edges and Oscar was able to match it perfectly!! They are phenomenal at Fast Fix and did a great job with my wedding ring. Oscar is an expert in engraving. He will make recommendations based on what looks good to the eye. I brought him one watch to be engraved for my fiance for Christmas. I was very happy with his work so I brought him 2 more to do for me. Glad to have him close by. He also has retail (jewelry) and does jewelry repair. I would think of Fast Fix in the future for watch batteries, repair and engraving.

Oscar and Gricelda were amazing!!!! I was freaking out because I had gone to three jewelry stores that would not fix my engagement ring and as soon as I got there and showed them they didn’t hesitate to help me. This was a horrible experience. I went in to have my boyfriends ring resized. I picked the place because he said they would not stretch the ring, rather he would add gold. I made it clear that was imperative to me. I paid way more to have this type of resizing where they do not stretch the ring and lesson the quality. This was an expensive ring. The ring did not fit, so my boyfriend took it back to have it resized. When he got home, the ring was stretched. I am super saddened by this and angry. The ring is ruined ... do NOT bring your ring to this place if it is a quality ring. The back was also scratched. On top of this all, he charged me for a change of 6 sizes!!! Come on... punky to ring is 6 sizes? Really!!!! My boyfriends pinky finger and ring finger are not 6 sizes different. Also, this cost me $200.00+ to have the ring stretched from pinky to ring. This can be done for $35.00 at any jewelry shop. Big mistake picking this place.

Ok look here. the reason im givin this place 1 star is because i got my $300 chain fixed 2 to 3 weeks ago. then after i left my grandmas house jumping off 2 steps of stairs while holding my chain,it popped. my mom payed $25 to get this fixed and i popped for no reason.

The Jewlers is friendly and staff is very helpful.... every other fast fix location in GA, tried to charge me $60 to repair a broken clasp as they said it is their policy to replace just the entire piece... this guy is different, he fixed the spring in mine, before I could sit down (literally less than 60 seconds) FOR FREE.... in return I had a different piece on my neck with a stained clasp that I took off for him to also repair for me. He replaced it as I asked, and the charge was $45.($15 less than the other guys SAME COMPANY, were trying to charge). This process took all of 5 minutes in iteself..... furthermore, if I were you I’d make the drive to this location instead if going to one just because it was “closer” ( I live between Lenox and Cumberland mall)
