Despite an application saying Flexible Scheduling and me giving a full-detail explanation on how I can only work 18 days a month, they still tried to force me to do days I was clearly unable to and even scolded me for it. The end result was being in a phone call loop with managers and HR to get everything sorted out.The end result? Upper Management denying me to come in on days under the guise of Not wanting multiple managers to train when I was still in training on how to use their equipment like the Scrubber and Buffer. HR emailing me saying Because of your schedule, in order to cover the days you cant come in wed need to hire another person to fill in and it wouldnt be fair to them if they need the hours, so well put you on call. And finally, getting the call saying Putting you on call isnt fair to you, so were going to let you go.I was still in training when this happened. Im only giving this a two-star as the three managers Ive trained under were helpful and amazing to work with.

Duluth Cleaning Contractors is the only place that I or others I know would have my specialized cleaning done by. Its locally owed by owners who care about their customers and employees. The employees always do more than expected with the job and they do it with smile on their face. I give them a 10 stars.

Could use better benefits, great workmans ship with most of the employees, flexible schedules, independent work. Always hiring.

I’d rate a half a star if I could. But I would never work for a company that treats their employees like trash. I never had an issue with them. No write ups no verbal warnings and then one day got a text saying I’m being investigated. 2 days later it was reported that I was “working in the dark”The co-owner Steve Danielson didn’t believe me when I tried to explain let alone didn’t even offer me to explain. I got no fair shot to keep my job and was terminated. Their equipment is outdated, and trying to get supplies is like trying to talk to someone who won’t reply. It’s a joke of a company only because they can’t keep employees to keep their own head above water.

This is one of the best companies Ive worked for the management and the workers are amazing. Ive worked here for 6+ months and havent had one problem with scheduling, management or even switching days with coworkers everyone is understanding and is willing to help out!

The men who own this company are honest, with integrity and will do the job with excellence. The people who work for them have that same integrity and excellence.

This company should be reported. What they do to the employees is down right nasty!! General manager and project manager are nothing more then power happy bullies!!! I was one of the best employee they had. I worked my ass off for the Cirrus account only to get my promotoin and raise denied by the bullies!!. They both were promised to me by the owners! The knife is still on my back!!!!
