SCAM! ARI makes sweeping promises to get contracts signed, and then hangs you out to dry, only contacting you when they want payment. If you ask for help, its canned responses they feed to their reps to divert the problem away from them. We had over 300 emails in the first 7 months of our contract notifying them of bugs, glitches, and incorrect data. Only because we were so persistent, they finally acknowledged that what they sold us was not ready for market. They then had the audacity to ask if we would accept a postponement of payment in exchange for our ideas and expertise to fix it. We obviously declined, as the system should never have been launched in the first place. Even after acknowledging directly to us that their system is severely flawed, they told us that we signed a contract and we were liable for the remainder of it or they would send us to collections. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! THEY ARE MODERN DAY USED CAR SALESMEN!

From what I have read below what a difference a year must make. We started with 50 below just before ARI took over. I will admit I was quite skittish to say the least. We signed the contract and two days later read on the net that 50 Below was in bankruptcy. But after dealing with ATT yellow pages how much worse could it get.I listened to their reasoning’s for the changes. Being a skeptic and having horrible experiences prior with another web hosting company I truly had to hash this over in my mind (a lot). Well if I may say I could not be more pleased. They transferred my website from the old host seamlessly. They prepared everything that I asked no matter how unconventional it sounded. Virtually everything that my last host said they could not be done 50 Below had no problems accomplishing for me. From the moment our site went live in February we have been making money. Which is difficult, especially in automotive repair. In fact, even in this economy march 2013 was the best month we ever had in 25 years.In my opinion it would be a huge miscalculation for anyone to base their decisions on a brilliant business plan that 50 Below/ARI can and does provide on a couple of poor reviews. If I may go a little deeper to the good folks from a year ago that had a bad experience. We all have our ups and downs. My father once told me that the only people that do not make mistakes are God and people that do not do anything. Well 50/ARI does a lot. I think that you should give them another try. I will always do what I can to help the good folks there because they sure have helped me.--Dan

Honestly, the people that have posted negative reviews seem to be people who do not quite understand what 50 below does or how a website works. I am a current customer of 50 below and have been a customer for a couple of years now. Before them, I was using PSN (Powersports Network) for my website. I had a few responses from it, but once I moved to 50 below, my responses nearly doubled.As far as the website goes, Brittany was originally my account representative and we established a great relationship. Unlike PSN, she called me regularly to see how we were doing and give me advise on how to use the website to appear higher on Google. Now, you can find our page, Garry Griffith Cycle easily if you are looking for a motorcycle dealership in the Chattanooga area. It didnt happen overnight like many (probably these guys that posted the other reviews) seem to expect, but it happened and Im very happy. The thing with a website or almost anything you do is the more you put INTO it, the more you get OUT of it.Now, Andy is my account representative and we have already established a great working relationship. We have a great relationship with this company and they have a loyal customer with me. Andy and Brittany (who still calls me monthly) have given us customer service far better than anyone Ive worked with, and our website with 50 below is THE BEST THING that we have ever invested in. I would recommend them to anyone, and have even recommended them to my family members to use at their dealership. They have helped not only with the website, but have even given advise on social media and marketing.Since ARI acquiring the company, I have seen their products getting even better. We now have a more user-friendly Parts Fiche system, and they have come out with a new, more unit-focused platform.These guys KNOW how to build a website, and they do it well.
