You can’t go wrong with this salon! The owner has been doing my hair for many, many years and I’ve never been disappointed. She’s an excellent stylist who uses great quality products. She is already very knowledgeable of the various hair techniques yet she continues to learn more in order to server her clients. She’s always going to courses! On top of all that, she is very customer service oriented, taking time to listen to her clients’ needs and concerns, she has a great personality and her salon is always clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Hair Clinique Salon to everyone!

I have received services from Dionne three previous times. All was fine with having my dead ends cut and receiving a press and curl. Her preference was people who had relaxers in their hair. She charged extra for people who had natural hair. I had no problem with that; that was her policy and my hair is natural. I was satisfied with her services so I did not mind paying extra money. The last time I went to her, about April of this year, I noticed that she charged me $20 less than her regular fee. I noticed that it was unusual but I didn’t pay any attention to it until I shampooed my hair, about two weeks later. My natural hair was not natural anymore. It was bone straight as though I had had a relaxer put in it. I did not request that a relaxer be put in my hair. Nonetheless, Dionne had shampooed a relaxer in my hair. I was outraged!! I could not believe that she had taken it upon herself to relax my hair-without my request or consent!! My hair is still straight four months later!! Be very careful when you go to her. I am still dealing with her treachery. I expected to have my wishes respected! SHE DID NOT DO SO!!!!,

Once again Hair Clinique made an impression on its customer that deserves recognition. Dionne have been doing my hair for many years. After moving to Florida, the decision to travel to Duluth Georgia to have my hair done was an easy one. Recently, a friend came for just for the ride but decided to have her hair done after seeing my hair. Since then only Dionne can do her extension to her satisfaction. Dionne, you are the best in the business regardless of length and texture, not to mention the haircut, color, and relaxing. Hence, it’s a pleasure to take the journey from Florida to Georgia and also to recommend Hair Clinique to everyone.
