One star for being completely unwilling to meet the customer halfway.Let me preface this by saying last time I visited this store, no one was allowed entry and customers were serviced via walk-up window. I was surprised when I opened the door and saw the store fully open. I am a full time single parent of a two year old. I did not want to leave him locked in a hot car parked on a busy downtown street. He is never not with me. Some masked female shouted at me from the opposite corner that kids were not allowed. Okay, I understand thats the rule. I came for a very specific product under the belief that the store had a walk up window. Another employee said sure, you can buy a vape, but your kid cant be in here at all you have to leave him in the car. Its 85 degrees outside and hes two years old. There is no parking spot in sight from the inside of the store and no private parking lot.. There were no other customers in the store and four employees. I dont understand why they would not have at least met me at the door with my purchase. I easily could have placed my order and given my payment while standing outside the entrance, especially since that was how they ran the store through the bulk of the pandemic. They would only take my business if I was a neglectful parent? Okay Ill go elsewhere.

Would have given 5 stars, but store lacks nails for nectar collectors. Seemed like they had a good personal reason though; the cashier mentioned they used to carry them but probably wont reorder them.Aside from that, this store is phenomenal for smoking enthusiasts and art lovers alike. Lots of artists displayed and great variety. Very relaxed atmosphere.Also saw the Pax brand of vapes displayed here, which is a huge plus. They also carry the various attachments for it, nice!Very unique and professional

I would love to share my experience with the Duluth location. I am so incredibly impressed with the staff, selection and the professionalism. We were immediately greeted by staff. They asked what we were looking for and helped us immediately. They answered all of our questions. I’ve been to other stores and this is by far THE BEST! We bought a snake and black tree. We were excited to hear about the classes, and details about the pieces and the artists who created them. We will definitely be back, but first have to check out the Mpls location. Give our compliments to the two men working April 3rd.

Me and my friend visited from Saint Paul today and were both BLOWN away by how friendly the 2 gentleman were! We got a UV reactive Snake and a Black Tree piece and HIGH-ly recommended this shop!!! We will definitely be back!

Terrible service, if you try to buy anything from here you need to pull the employees away from their friends. Then I got treated like I was wasting Their time when I ask questions! There is 10 other stores that offer the same. Go to them!

This is a great glass shop with a great dude working there. He was super helpful in finding what I need and answered any questions I had. There were several other people that came in during the span that i was in there and he was just as inventive to them as well. My brother and I ended up spending something like 3 grand there and it was well worth every penny.

Decent spot, not to much for vape juice though.

This place is GREAT! The glass is BEAUTIFUL, the tunes are on point and the two dudes that were there were nice, chill, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend. A hidden gem, stop in to shop and soak up the atmosphere!

All of their glass products are from local people around the state, or others they know personally. Not high manufactured pieces that you will see in other shops. Unique one of a kind pieces!

Legacy is by far the best glass shop I have ever been to. They ONLY sell glass made in America and most of it is made in Minnesota. The guys that work there are extremely knowledgeable about all the products, and a lot of them even know the person who blew the glass. Many of the employees do not only sell the glass at the shop, but also blow glass in their spare time. Its refreshing to talk to someone with first hand experience blowing glass. I have never had a bad experience with Legacy. A large piece that I had purchased from them broke, and when I went in to talk to Josh he made a special, custom order, to replace the piece for me. The artist sent two pieces for me to decide between and they were even more amazing than the first one. I have done numerous other custom orders through Legacy and every one was perfect. All my friends are loyal customers of Legacy, as am I. I HIGHLY recommend it for all your tobacco and glass needs!

Awesome store with great ownership. Had an issue with a piece I recently purchased and they were quick to make sure that I was taken care of. You dont find great customer service like this in the big chain stores around town. It was nice to feel appreciated as a customer and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Only stopped in for tobacco rolling papers and it was late in the day. The visit really didnt offer much opportunity to thoroughly critique business conduct. The have awesome products, and intelligent knowledgeable friendly employees.

As a person who would walk to this store on my lunch break to purchase a pack of cigarettes, I have to say that I am highly disappointed in the way they are handling the pandemic. A $50.00 minimum purchase by appointment only and no reported cases in town is absurd!

Ive bought many pieces from here and havent been disappointed. Their products are of great quality with mostly local artists. Some more complicated pieces are understandably expensive, however they have a great selection of well priced and interesting choices. If you need a new piece of glasswork, this is the place.

This shop is a breath of fresh air. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a clearly superior product. A huge of variety of quality glass and shisha. It is great that they support local artists by featuring them on the wall, in the cases, and on the stage. A must stop shop for anyone north of the cities.

They sell hand blown glass pipes for smoking tobacco when do we get to just be honest and do the thing without being condemned as a criminal, or being looked poorly upon for doing something we know for a face value fact, isnt wrong? they also sell cigarettes, also, and raw glass for making your own pipes. Just a little bit over my asking price for what a business should ask, but they dont have a filthy rich family throwing money at them constantly, they need some bread too.

Good selection of fancy pieces all made by local artist but its extremely expensive. Its a good place to go look and admire the over the top glassworks, but theres other places with the same quality for less money.

No cheap china glass laced with lead here, only A1 quality american made beauties.
