I called the company to report this driver and they didn’t even get my name and number. There are other reviews about their bad drivers. I do not recommend doing business with this company. If they don’t care about how their employees drive that says a lot about them.

ATTENTION: THIS COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOLS WHEN THEY ENTER YOUR HOME. STAFF WORE GAITERS, NOT MASKS.UPDATE: TWO STAFF CAME BACK TODAY FOR THE SEVENTH TIME IN FOUR DAYS. THEY WERE WEARING GAITERS AGAIN. I REFUSED TO LET THEM IN UNTIL THEY HAD PROPER MASKS. THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY, AND I TOLD THEM TO GO TO THE APARTMENT OFFICE TO GET SOME. THEY LIED BECAUSE THEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY WITH PROPER MASKS. NO INTEGRITY AND NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER HEALTH AND WELLBEING.Theyve been entering my apartment twice a day for the last three days and still cant fix the issue they caused when they broke a pipe, then didnt have the proper equipment to fix it. Person coming out suggested other team members tomorrow have better equipment than [him] and might be able to fix it when they come out for a FOURTH time tomorrow. In total, they have been in my apartment close to 2 hours.Today, person was argumentative about the times he could come back, as Im working remotely due to the pandemic and had a busy slate of client calls. As he doesnt have an NDA with my company, he cant be here 5 feet away from me while Im on client calls.I have multiple high-risk factors for COVID, and now I feel like I have to wear a mask in my own place because they wear gaiters, which are NOT CDC-approved, not face masks.I will be holding company responsible if I get COVID.

I used this company at the recommendation of a neighbor - BIG mistake. I called to make an appointment and was told by the woman who took the call that she would check with the person whos name I was given (since a photo of the job had been sent to him), and get back with me. I never heard back, but the next day someone from the company showed up to do the work. I figured it was just a miscommunication in the office and let it go. The guy looked at the job and told me it would probably take him 15 minutes. He was out here for one hour, but I cut him some slack since I assumed it was a bit more than he thought after getting into the work. I was astonished when THEY BILLED ME FOR 3 HOURS OF HIS TIME. When I questioned it, I was then told that the minimum is 2 hours!! WHAT? As I mentioned, no one even scheduled an appointment with me much less discussed pricing. They acted like they were doing me a favor to reduce it from 3 hours to 2 (since I pointed out that the guy was on a personal phone call while out here). My advice is to STAY AWAY from this place. Their tactics are fraudulent and they will try to rip you off.

Great service, quality work. Have never had any major issues out of century whatsoever. I prefer century fire over any other fire protection contractor. They have done several jobs for me and Ive gotten nothing but the best.

First, we are a large manufacturing company so not a small account. They always have excuses for lack of repairs, services and dont keep us in code with the county. Leadership stems from the top, and obviously the top management are too busy cashing their checks than doing their job!

This company did some maintenance for my apartment community that took to over a month to complete. They were hired by my community to do maintenance to the sprinkler system. As a result of them being behind schedule, Century sent its employees at a much later date to complete the remainder of maintenance. This was a HUGE inconvenience to me as I was unaware that they would be entering my apartment without additional notice. After leaving my unit I could hear them knocking on the door of fellow neighbors, possibly inconveniencing them as well. The employees never offered an apology or excuse for the intrusion.

Very hit or miss... Everyone in HQ is disorganized (scheduling, billing, report completion timing). Some technicians are very nice and helpful, some are rude and dont know what theyre doing. Better and cheaper fire protection companies available.

This company deserves a ZERO. Horrible Customer service with the highest prices- not a good combination. Dont even waste your time with this company. Other local companies like Integrated Fire and United Fire are a fraction of their cost and at least pleasant to speak with.

I dont know who this company is but there drivers are horrible -specifically driver in a white pickup T6657 on scenic hwy in Lawrenceville GA... he almost caused a crash just now!!!
