It was such a great experience dealing with Bobcat of Duluth. They listened to what I wanted and even sourced a tractor I chose that was not on their lot. The communication was quick, transparent and informative. Their customer service and delivery of my equipment was amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

This was the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with... I should have trusted my gut on that first day and went somewhere else... I am not pleased at all with Bobcat of Duluth... they sold me a tractor they didnt have... waited two weeks to go in a sign the paperwork...Waited another week to get it delivered... Wasnt delivered on the day promised but the next day... It showed up missing attachments... I talked with the salesman because the delivery guy called him... One part was forgot at the store the other part had to be delivered when it came in... when it came in??.. I was never told they didnt have it... A week later I got a survey from Kubota... Wasnt favorable to Bobcat of Duluth... I received a call the next day from Mike... Was told Id be waiting a long long time for the attachment.. it gets way worse...but too much to write... Lets just say I will NOT be referring Bobcat of Duluth to anyone

Very poor customer service and sloppy mechanics they break wire looms and dont fix them ran wires not where they were from factory ,then dont fix properly put fuel tank in now Guage dont work ,alternater doesnt charge dew to them breaking connectors .they say they washed engine bay and engine dont think they used water over all very poor place to get work done

I went to this store for their expertise about a part I needed for my loader. A part was ordered for me based on the photos I supplied and a discussion based on their expertise and not mine. When the part arrived, it’s obviously the wrong part. When I said I couldn’t use it, the salesman kept telling me, this is the part “you” asked for. Never mentioned a restocking fee, never mentioned we should figure this out before we order because we’re going to charge you for all of this if it is wrong. My loader was assembled with hydraulic lines in a different order than the diagram. They’re the experts not me. I asked to get a refund for a part I couldn’t use and all the salesperson could say was, well you asked for it. Sorry, but I came to your store to solve my problem with your expert advise. In short order they refunded half of my money but kept money for shipping and restocking fee and blamed me for the whole deal. And acted like I should take the part I didn’t need and not even get a refund at all. Pretty impressive service Bobcat. If you go there looking for their advice and they steer you wrong, you are going to pay the price, word to the wise.

I took delivery of my Kubota tractor today and I am 100% satisfied. From the zero pressure knowledgeable sales person to the personable delivery man. It doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you!

Zero Stars (Not One), I was working with them (Joe) on a new tractor $20k & they sold it out from under me. Would not return phone calls & emails promptly, when he did it was 1 day later. Clients dont count with them only sales. Id find another dealer

The sales team is great! I, not my husband purchased our tractor. The staff could not have been more respectful, informed and listened to what I needed. I would highly recommend to other women that are looking to make their yard work easier to check out the team at Bobcat. I do enjoy our Kubota.

Service is terrible. Details —. Brought my skid steer in the first week of July for bearings to be put in. Guy says we’re kind of backed up may be up to three weeks. I say ya I understand but let’s do it I need to have it to run my business. Finally after waiting 8 weeks I call to get a update. Service dept says oh ya were busy your machine is next in line to be looked at this week. — I call the next 4 weeks in a row they say same thing yours is next in line this week. Now we’re up to 12 weeks. (3 month). Forget about it for a couple weeks then call I back. Oh ya we looked at it how do u want us to proceed. I asked why they didn’t call to ask me. Said they got busy sorry. (14 weeks). Tell them to go ahead. I Call two weeks later. Someone’s more important project came up. Yours is next in line. (16 weeks). Finally call the manager Dan and tell him the story. He doesn’t really care says they are busy. I tell him we’re all busy the difference is when my business gets busy I hire staff to take care of it you should do the same. He says ya I look into it. He calls me back tying to act like a hero saying “Great news yours is next to get worked on” Finally after four months I can come get my machine.—- Icing on the cake— I call the accounting dept and talk to the accountant — you know the guy that handles all the financial stuff for the company and ask him if I can pay with a discover card. He says. I’ll have to go ask someone , I don’t know. Really, really your the accountant?? Moral of the story. Do not bring your stuff there to get worked on. You will get screwed

Matt and his crew are great! Ive been a customer since 1999 and have purchased (5) Bobcat machines from Bobcat of Duluth. They take care of any issues and help you out if you need something fixed right away. Id never buy another brand of skid steer and let alone from another dealership. Thanks Matt and crew

Bobcat of duluth was awesome I went in there with a broken part and they didnt try to pressure me to buy knew even brang out a mechanic to help with my bobcat my high speed valve isnt working and now I have some things to try and check thanks bobcat dealer you guys are kool

I bought my first tractor about 10 years ago, and upgraded to a slightly larger model in 2018. Ive honestly never had a negative experience with the sales or service team. They are always willing to answer all of my questions about my machine. I REALLY enjoyed the service school -- gave me some important insights!

I have done business at Bobcat of Duluth for over 10 years. First buying a commercial mower, then Bobcat skidsteer attachments, and recently an excavator, with attachments. As a woman, I appreciate the respect I have always received at Bobcat of Duluth both from sales and service. I am learning everything from scratch, and the staff there has been super helpful in educating me about what machines or attachments are best for me and my applications, and instructing me in proper use and maintenance. I would highly recommend them.

Wild bill in parts will get you setup with anything you need. The only reason its not 5 stars is because Ive only dealt with the parts department. Im sure the rest of them are great too!

Awesome place with great service. Got a Kubota L2501 from these guys for a great price and it was delivered to my house the next day.

Its first come, first serve on used machines. Bobcat rules. Unless you show up second and you are the bigger contractor. Then you get offered the machine first by the sales guy.

I was In today and bought a new 54 Kubota zero turn. After trying to buy a mower for over 3 weeks dealer to dealer in Duluth, I just have to say that I was immediately noticed and was driving a mower within 5 minutes testing. Other places acted like they did not care or your privileged to be there. I dont take spending 5K plus on a lawn mower lightly and neither do the great people here.I would give 6 stars if i could. Mike was A+ and i am excited to pickup my new mower. Dont waste your time elsewhere if your looking for a zero turn. Tim

My Kubota BX25 tractor is an outstanding product, and Bobcat of Duluth has ably provided the service required to keep it in tip-top condition. I have enjoyed interacting with each and every person Ive met there.

Our sales person, Joe, was very knowledgeable about the tractor we were looking into.

Sent an email in asking for a quote on equipment, never did get a reply. Ended up working with John Deere who got back to me ASAP.
