A diamond in the rough. Goodwill works on the charity of others providing donated slightly used items for sale. Every now and then you can find some items that still have tags on them and have never been used or worn. You can find your occasional slightly use high-end appliance or product that will look good in your living room kitchen or entertainment room. Remember the item you buy goes to help a charitable organization that helps others.

Stop selling books and other stuff online, raise the prices and put it in the shelves. Who wants to look at pre 2010 books

First off I love Goodwill career centers. However this one not so much! Came here twice and each time I couldnt finish my work because of the noise level usually the career centers are managed by a career counselor etc. This one is dark and dingy people do as they please on computer eating chips and drinking soda One lady was here during my last (and final visit) was observed eating and having a full blown conversation with another lady also on an computer 5 chairs down, across from them were three people who struggled with the noise and couldn’t focus on their work, read or fax etc because these two ladies were talking and one kept using profanity out loud in regards to her situation with insurance company about a car and missing her hair appointment?!! Last I checked this is a career center not your dinning room. Be courtesy! I had a very important computer internet interview that I couldn’t attend because of the background noise coming from these two ladies. A Goodwill front desk administrator usually monitor the center to aide with sign in registration and other assistance member of staff this day (tall African American male) was either busy talking with other staff or staring at his computer and didn’t even bothers to address the level of loud boasting, and cursing or loud laughters. All that said I left and went 30 miles away where it’s a much nicer and quieter center.
