There aren’t enough GREAT things to say about Tiger Tails.We’ve been bringing our babies here for about 5 years and we have yet to have anything but a phenomenal experience.You will not find a better place to bring your pets.This place is run like a well oiled machine and everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been so gracious and kind to the whole family, humans and fur babies alike.Thank you for all you guys do!!

Tiger tails is a fantastic facility with even better staff. They actually care about your family and know people arent made of money. My 14 year old beagle Gus needed emergency care. They treated him like he was their family and treated my family with so much respect when we had to say goodbye. When the day comes that my family is ready to expand you better believe tiger tails will be our vet.

We’ve been taking our cat family to Dr. Zack and his team for a long time. The facility has separate offices for cats and dogs which makes for much happier cats when we visit! His team is professional and caring. We will not go anywhere else!

I could not be happier with Tiger Tails and even my puppy loves going to visit them! Every single person has been incredibly kind, helpful, and informative and a passion for animals shines through. They have a convenient app you can use to track your pets visit history and to communicate any questions or concerns.

Doctor Zack, Doctor Kim, and their team of veterinarians, technicians, and office staff are the most supportive and responsive pet health care providers you will find. Their medical care is personalized and comprehensive, and their facilities are clean and comfortable. I especially appreciate the time they take to answer all of my questions, explain what is happening to my pet in ways I understand, and follow up on my pets wellbeing after changing treatment plans. For the last 2+ years since moving from Duluth, I have driven 45-60 minutes one way for my pets to receive care from Tiger Tails, and I will continue to do so because I trust them so much. When I first moved, I tried another veterinarian, but I quickly came back to Tiger Tails... If youre looking for a veterinary office that provides complete and thoughtful care, you will find it at Tiger Tails. I truly could not recommend them more.

I was super nervous about trying a new vet after being with the same one for my pup’s entire life - however, with moving to the Duluth area, I just did not have the time/my schedule would not allow me to make the drive to our original vet & I really needed to find somewhere I could trust & an excellent doctor. I recently switched my pup after going to WellPet Humane for 6 years. I tried making an emergency appointment with WellPet Humane after we got attacked by 3 dogs but had no luck. Due to Covid-19, many emergency hospitals didnt want to attend us the same day. However, after calling Tiger Tails, they were kind enough to take us in the same day.I am beyond grateful and beyond impressed with the exceptional service and love they provided to my pup. Since then we have been going here and it has been the best decision we have ever made.They kind, patient and VERY thorough with their exams which I definitely appreciate since my baby is close to being 7 years old this year.Overall: I definitely recommend Tiger Tails if you value the integrity and compassion you expect to receive from those who will be checking up on your pups. :)

The vet we had was good, but the pricing is out of control. Our last straw was the three month wait to get our dog neutered and the cost. They wanted $358 to fix our dog. The Atlanta Humane Society’s Clinic will do it for $100 all in. Not sure why their rates are so high, especially OTP.

As always, my experience at Tiger Tails Animal Hospital was exceptional! Dr. Zack Miller and his entire team go beyond caring and compassion to care for my pets. You could not ask for a better veterinary hospital!! I have lived and moved around the country more than I like, so I have had experience with multiple vet offices over the years. This one is top notch!! All of their veterinarians are outstanding and compassionate. They truly care about their patients and their families.

On June 29,2021, I requested a new patient appointment for my cat with recently diagnosed kidney disease using the process this practice has by completing an assessment form on their website...I received email confirmation that the assessment had been received...It is now July 13, 2021 and I have not heard from the practice...I have since made an appointment with another veterinary practice...

My wife and I first went to Tiger Tails with our 13 year old dog. He wasn’t the biggest fan of other people or dogs but the staff made him feel very comfortable and we did not have any problems. Unfortunately, he passed but since then we’ve gotten a new dog and she really likes the staff at Tiger Tails too. I’d recommend them to anyone. They are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Katie Beth and the Tiger Tails team is the best. Professional (explains everything and asks if I have questions), efficient (takes my pet at time of appointment), reasonable prices. I went there today, they are taking care of themselves and others by doing curbside pickup and taking pets in for treatment. I was kept up with everything going on via mobile calls.

Overall, I loved the actual veterinarians. I just didn’t appreciate how it’s always a surprise what the bill would be even with their monthly plans. Specifically, we wouldn’t know we had agreed to whatever they would do and then we would be surprised by the bill. Also, it wasn’t fun trying to cancel. They assumed we hadn’t paid a bill and told us they’d have to look into it first. Smh.

I never thought I would leave my old vet in Conyers, but the drive became too much. I am so happy we found Tiger Tails and Dr Katie Beth! The first time I arrived with my whole crew (3 toddlers and 2 large dogs) they took us straight to a room and even brought in books for my kids. We felt so welcomed! The dogs had thorough check ups and the team we easy to work with. Now every time we need to come in for some urgent care we get a same day appointment and the team continues to show the same love and attention for my whole crew. Dr. Katie Beth we love you and all the Tiger Tails team!

Last week, I had to say goodbye to Lacey, my feisty 15-year-old JRT. She suddenly became very ill-a mass was blocking her urethra and she couldnt urinate. At her age, surgery didnt look promising, so I made that incredibly difficult decision to let her go. Many thanks to Dr. Kaala, Dr. Zack, and the staff at Tiger Tails Animal Hospital for their kindness, compassion and exhaustive evaluation of her condition. Ive taken my pups to them for years, and they are top-notch.

It maybe a little hard to get get an appointment right away but their is excellent.

Such a fantastic veterinary practice. Weve gone to Tiger Tails since we moved to Georgia six years ago, and all of the vets are awesome, care about our doggies and have treated them with the best care we could hope for. I took my rescue kitty to Tiger Tails in 2016, then moved to Roswell, recently moved to Flowery Branch, GA. One of the first things on my mind when I moved here was, YEA, I can take PennyCat to Tiger Tails again!Theyve built an entirely different facility for Cats Only! I am sure that decreased the stress on my kitty, not smelling the scent of dogs everywhere, as in a normal vet practice.The staff is amazing! They are all tender, loving cat lovers! As a vet-tech held my kitty in her arms for her yearly shots, my kitty was purring, and didnt even flinch at the injections. I love this place! And with the Covid 19, they come to the curb to pick up, or one can request a visitation room with the owner included, (with much sterilization.) They take cat-parents temps at the door, so make sure you are Covid-free! Thanks Tiger-Tails!

You may be able to find a cheaper vet, but you will be hard-pressed to find a more talented vet and accommodating customer service. The owner saw us through a very difficult crises. He was exceptionally insightful and empathetic.

Paws Down the very best Vet and Clinic Staff we have had the pleasure of visiting in over 50 years of pets in our family. The clinic is spotlessly clean and bright, the staff is super friendly, professional, and caring, and Dr. Zack is a superb clinician who takes the time to explain matters in a way easily understood by the average layperson. It is abundantly clear that everyone on this team loves animals (and people!). I drive 2 hours to get world-class treatment for our Jake, and I am just not going anywhere else! Thanks Tiger Tails!

We LOVE Tiger Tails. All of the vets take such great care of our dogs. Our oldest dog, Gracie, regularly saw Dr. Zack at the end of her life, and we really feel he helped us get several more comfortable months with her.

We have been taking our dogs here for years and it truly is a best in class vet. Theyve cared for our puppies and elderly dog with great care and affection. I honestly think these vets are far more involved and care for my dogs than even my primary care doctor is about me!

I was first drawn to TT because of their “pet plans.” I got my dog on the plan and it allowed for so many visits, nail trimmings, discount on meds, and so much more. I pay about $65 a month. I didn’t make the decision to do the plan lightly. My little love gets ear infections regularly and the year before joining, I spent well over a grand on him in vet bills, so it’s worth it to me.Besides that, I love that they use an app where I can message them my questions, request appointments, etc.I also love the way they treat my dog and me. They’ve been nothing but kind and respectful. They go out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable and my dog is taken care of.TT is 20-3 min drive for me, but so worth it!

Folks here really love our pets. They are a accommodating, never in a rush to get done with you, and have reasonable prices, especially if you get their annual health plan. Its a happy place.

Dr. Zack and his team are absolutely amazing! I found them because they used to be on my way to work when I worked in Suwanee, but even after changing jobs and moving to Midtown, I wouldnt dream of taking my furbabies anywhere else! My current dog is a rescue who is so defensive to being handled by strangers (and even *I* cant touch his feet) that he has to be sedated to be handled at all at the vets office. Dr. Zack and his team are worth the drive to all the way up to Duluth from Midtown because they understand my dogs challenges and always treat him with professionalism and heaps of love (as soon as the anesthesia kicks in). I know it cant be easy to accommodate him, but they have never made us feel like an inconvenience when they make sure the lobby is clear for us to enter, and that an exam room is open for us as soon as we walk in the door. Dr. Zack is a phenomenal clinician and has a deep understanding of the latest treatments, medications, and supplements, and he always takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Dr. Zack even helped me develop a recipe for the food I cook for my dog to provide him the best nutrition possible after his TPLO surgery. Theyve never tried to sell me on any unnecessary treatment, and theyre always up front about their (very reasonable) pricing. I cannot recommend the Tiger Tails team highly enough!! Your furbabies are in the best hands at Tiger Tails Animal Hospital.

Sadly, we just had to put our sweet girl to sleep. Dr. Jessie and her staff were great. They made it a lot less painful for everyone. Very professional and compassionate.

The veterinary staff is very friendly to both pet(s) and pet caregiver, and you and your pet(s) will always be warmly greeted when you come through the entrance. The veterinarians truly care about the welfare of your pet(s) and are easy to talk to and understand when discussing any diagnosis or test result or course of treatment for your pet. This veterinary practice is unique in that they have two separate facilities, one exclusively for cats, and one exclusively for dogs; the same goes for the boarding facilities. Your dog will get plenty of love and exercise from the kennel staff, and when getting its exercise, your dog will also get plenty of fresh air as they get to go outside in a fenced in area where they are constantly supervised and interacted with. This veterinary practice has been voted #1 in Gwinnett County for several years running, and once you stop in and talk with the staff/veterinarians you will see why!

I cant recommend them enough. Our dog is very fearful and anxious about going to the vet. We just moved here from out of state and our vet visits at our previous vet were extremely stressful for everyone involved. This is by far the best experience weve ever had at a vet, and the entire team was caring, nice and made sure that our dog was as comfortable as possible throughout the visit. Dr. Murray was fantastic and I think weve finally found the vet we will go to for life.

I am liking their care of their PT.s. while we dont have a full idea thinha yet I feel confident that we are on a good path of a solution in helping my cat, and the Dr cares. Both dr and staff are great. I also love how up front they are about options, diagnosis, and fees.

We have had the BEST experience with Tiger Tails since we moved here last June (2014). We were looking for a daycare for our puppy and had very high standards that needed to be met for it to be acceptable. As soon as we found Tiger Tails, we knew this was the place we would send our fur baby! The facilities are clean, the communication between the two sides is great and everyone is friendly. Dr. Zack is very knowledgeable and always very helpful when we have questions. He takes time to explain things in a way that you understand. Before Tiger Tails, our puppy would suffer from bad separation anxiety - diarrhea, not eating or drinking, etc. when being boarded up. She has gotten so much better with this at Tiger Tails and never shows these symptoms anymore. I would absolutely recommend Tiger Tails for anything. They truly care about your animals and will do anything to help you and your pet!

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and Dr. Candace. We won’t take our puppy anywhere else. She’s been with us since our first puppy visit, and as first-time-over-protective-dog-parents, I recognize that our millions of questions and concerns may qualify us as high maintenance. No matter the question, no matter the concern, Dr. Candace has made sure that we have all the answers to keep us calm and keep our pup healthy and happy. She’s always taken the time and seems to genuinely care which always puts us at ease. The staff is extremely accommodating, helpful, and caring.Our accident prone puppy has spent more time at the vet than we anticipated, but they make the entire experience easy. They always call and follow up and make sure that our boy is alright and that we don’t have any additional concerns.Many of the staff and techs recognize our golden boy when he walks in, and he is so pleased with the attention. Both Lauren and Erin have great bonds with him, and he is always excited to see them. And so are we! They are caring and kind and the same is true for most everyone we’ve worked with.Don’t hesitate in wondering if this is the place to bring your pup! It’s reassuring to know that they take the health and care of your family as seriously as you do. I trust Dr. Candace completely - We won’t go anywhere else.

There is no pressure to buy hundreds of dollars worth of prescription food pay for extensive testing that isnt needed.Tiger Tails is an ultra-modern clinic with all the latest technology in an immaculately clean space. There is even a separate building for cats so the dont have deal with dog smells and barking while they are already stressed out.The only thing missing is exotic animal care. As soon as they start working on and boarding reptiles they will be perfect.

Fantastic establishment. My cat was diagnosed with kidney failure and Dr. Katie has followed his case since the beginning. They have worked with me to find the right balance between practicality and textbook to find what works best for my pet. When we adopted a new puppy, again they were there to help guide us. You can tell that everyone here is invested in animals and their wellbeing. All of our animals go here and I highly recommend them!

Dr Zack is the best! My little Maltese has had some serious issues and we found Dr Zack and felt totally comfortable as soon as we met him. Both our little dogs have been treated like family and as if we had been there all along. Both just had their teeth cleaned and had issues with teeth and gums. Although the bill was a bit of a shock ONCE WE SAW THEIR SPARLING WHITE TEETH AND HEALTHY LOOKING GUMS IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!! I truly didnt think their teeth or gums could have ever been healthy and clean. I 100% recommend Dr Zack and this clinic. And to top it off....Dr Zack gave me his cell number in case anything of concern happened after they were closed. SERIOUSLY. What Dr does that???

Tiger Tails truly is a special place. I cant say enough kind things about Tiger Tails and its staff. Dr. Jessie is so sweet and did a very thorough examination of our fur baby Sugar and took the time to explain everything that was going on. Ultimately, we had to make the difficult decision to let our sweet girl pass and put an end to her suffering. However, the Tiger Tails staff from the vet to vet techs were nothing but courteous, sympathetic, and professional in this difficult time for our family. They took every care from moving us to a private room to helping us with arrangements. I cant imagine a better place for veterinary care.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Zack and his staff!!! I rescued a chihuahua who needed major dental work. I’m a licensed veterinary technician (not currently practicing) who has never left a pet for procedures and was faced with having to leave my baby this time. Dr Zack took amazing care of my girl and updated me throughout the day. Bella lost 16 teeth and within two days was back to normal!! I am truly appreciative of all they did for her and for the exceptional care they gave to her!! Thanks Dr Zack!! You will forever be Bella’s vet!!

AMAZING!!! I absolutely love the staff and the facility.Dr. Zach has got to be the nicest man/vet I have every encountered! I truly believe my dog has the best doctor shes ever had! Its wonderful to see them treat my sweet baby like she is their own pup.Oh and the prices WOW do they take care of their patients and their owners! You never get gouged or over charged EVER!! They also dont try to pressure you into buying things or having procedures done that arent necessary!

Best vet Ive ever been to. I moved to the area in June of 2014 and decided to try this vet because my coworkers all took their pets here; I dont regret it. Dr. Zack and the whole staff is always so sweet to my dogs. One of my dogs had an allergic reaction to one of her annual vaccines and they told me to bring her in and kept an eye on her all day for me while I was at work and didnt charge me anything extra...Dr. Zack even gave me his cell phone number in case anything went wrong after I got my dog home. The best, most caring vet in the world. Would recommend to anyone.

They take wonderful care of my four cats!

I have loved this clinic for years bc of how great all the staff is and how animal conscientious they are. However when my cat became terminally ill, Dr. Candace went above and beyond for us. She truly treated us like family, meeting us on a Sunday to put sweet girl to sleep bc shes was suffering so much, and calling to check on me a few days later. Losing a pet is losing a family member and I will never be able to express how much this kindness means to us.

Staff is super friendly, and it really is a top-notch facility for your pets.

After moving back across the country, I needed to find a vet I could rely on. After bringing my dogs in, I unfortunately received news that my male boxer mix had kidney disease, and was in danger without help! I am glad to say that Tiger Tails professional and personable staff have given my dog his life back. He has gained 15 lbs, and is rambunctious as ever (believe me)! They have been supportive and available the whole time, and Dr. Zack and the rest of the team have ALWAYS taken the time to answer all of my questions. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

The only vet I would consider! I live almost an hour away and still travel here for my pet care. The doctors and the staff are second to none! Dr. Zack helped my cat get through kidney disease and he is doing great!

I LOVE it here for my dog! I have been coming for about 2 months so far . Maybe more, maybe less and I have been Super Satisfied every time! And I’m sure my dog does too! I have to say the treatment and the invitation in and the love for my dog has been the utmost perfect experience ever! Better than going to a regular doctor. And I recently just got a call from Dr. Jessie and she was checking on my dog. Like my doctor doesn’t even check on me! Lol. So I’m extremely happy with this place! And if you’re worried about your pet going just anywhere, then definitely choose Tiger Tails! I don’t remember everyone’s name, but they are all amazing ! From the front desk to everyone who works in the back and so forth! 😄

I would now say five stars for the service over the telephone because I have not been there yet, but I have a great feeling that Tiger Tails would be a good place for my new puppy. Jessica and Chris or Kris have been answering and explaining my questions over the phone without getting tired of me. They were very clear and helpful. Unlike the other places, the representatives didnt even want to answer my question over the phone. Instead they wanted me to go in and talk about some basic questions like How much is the examination fee? I am not sure why they still have phone lines if they want the client to go in and ask a basic question. I am looking forward to do the business with Tiger Tails and support them. I would keep updating my review after the visit soon!

Dr. Zach is the absolute best!! He takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares for your pet. This place is amazing! I wish I could give him and the staff here 100 stars!!

SugarBear ‘s last visit with them she was given an antibiotic for sneezing from being on steroids. We got more pain meds (gabapentin) for the pinched nerve in her back and last week, on my 60th Birthday her tail is straight up for the first time since the end of July. Thank you Dr. Hannah. SugarBear is ok now.

This is the best Vet around!!! I will never take my pets anywhere else. The staff is always welcoming, and the veterinarians are simply the BEST!

Every time Ive been in Tiger Tails my experience has been beyond great. This past week they outdid themselves though...I had to put my precious fifteen year old Gracie to sleep. She was my baby, and they were so gentle, kind and loving with both of us through the process. Dr. Zack and Dr. Carole could give lessons to every kind of doctor on bedside manner!
