Best dental appointment this kid has ever had. They managed to clean all her teeth, and get x-rays and scans. Wonderful staff!

I was dumb and smashed two of my front teeth headbanging during a concert. Dr. Johnson got me right in and fixed me up like it was nothing!She is equal parts doctor and artist - the attention to detail she gave my mouth was second to none. Many of my friends cant believe that I had work done because my mouth looks exactly like it did before the injury.I couldnt be happier with the service - all of the staff were of very high caliber - incredible and friendly. This place is an easy recommendation! Our community is lucky to have them!

Asked if they took a certain insurance was told absolutly, made the appointment, waited a month for said appointment to show up and be told OHH we dont take that insurance. Must be hard finding employees that know what the heck they are talking about, Ill never refer them to anyone.

Camille Zelen is great with teeth. She definitely knocked me out.

Called them as a first time customer with extreme amounts of pain, and they got me in 2 days later. They performed a root canal and did the crown in the same appointment. They also diagnosed me with a tounge tie that is the root of a lot of sleeping and neck issues. Very affordable. Super impressed and happy I found them.

Couldnt be more thrilled with Dr. Zelen and her amazing team at Mount Royal Dental. My family has been a patient of hers for more than a decade. They are great with kids - so much so, my children look forward to their appointments each time, regardless of the procedure. I had not been to a dentist in quite some time. I decided to finally go and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the happy employees and overall very good atmosphere to be around. The technology there seems to be second to none. Overall great experience, I even got my first laser filled cavity and it was great compared to the old Novocain and drill!

Months ago went there nice place..the doctor said we are gonna set up a plan were gonna run insurance see what youre covered with a will give you a call back and set up plan and appointments..Called them back a month and a 1/2 later and they still had heard from my insurance she said very confusing since they were able to send them a bill right awayRequested an appointment Then was given text message Topic between 2 different dates Right away talk to my employer took time off to be told then right away they txt saying the appointment is already taken and there giving me one on the 3rd was given 2 options?Wake up on the 3rd with a text message saying they cancelled my appointment Still havent heard from them what we can get done through my insurance I even called my insurance I know what I can get done but they werent gonna do any till they heard back from them I get insurance through my employer I have to pay out of my pocket for everything .... why is mount Royal not willing to help me I need a whole new denture plate my i have to look retarded with one tooth in the front of my top denture plate rest have broken outis it too much work for you guys thats what Im start to feel like it was too much work to reach out to my insurance and look like a lot of work to work on my mouthAnd the girl on the phone syud that shes the one that handles all the insurance information then why hasnt my insurance only heard from them for a bill not requesting what can get done and why havent I heard back on a plan for the next step to work on my dentures Still kinda young Id like to build smile at people and look good in some pictures it seems like you guys for the last few months of jist wanted me to go around looking like Im retarded Guys talked a good game when I was in there that you willing to help organise we can do this we can do that but lets see what its going to cost 1st then I dont hear back Thanks mount Royal dental

When my regular dentist couldnt get me in for a crown for over a month, my friend recommended Dr. Zelen. I called and they were able to get me in within a week for a same day procedure. I really appreciate being able to spend the extra time to have it done in one day. The office runs like a well-oiled machine, everyone knows what they need to do. Pleasant surroundings that give you the feeling of being very clean. I will now be using this office for all of my dental care.

I had a root canal done and was anticipating the worst possible scenario. The staff answered all my questions about the procedure and made me feel at ease. I also was in awe of how advanced their technology is, which makes procedures go much more smoothly.

Janelle always makes sure that I am comfortable with what she is doing and helps me to understand the care plan set out for me. At check out, I received an estimate of my financial responsibilities for the next visit before making the appointment. I like to be able to plan for those costs. My experience was superb, per usual. I am not a huge fan of the dentist and Dr. Zelin and staff always make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. High end and up to date technology create a painless experience. I am so happy with my new dental implant and blown away by how easy it was.

I had 3 different procedures done in recent months. I can say I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. All personal involved with my procedures were very professional and knowledgeable They answered every question and explained each step. I was very comfortable and relaxed the whole time Having a lab at their facility saved a revisit when I had a crown done They put the new crown in, did a quick buff and adjustment and I’ve never had a problem I highly recommend Mt Royal Dental for a procedure you need. I had a wonderful experience at Mount Royal Dental yesterday. The moment I walked in the door, I was met by happy, smiling faces. I wasnt kept waiting and the entire experience was pleasant (even when my x-rays were being taken, which IMO, is the worst part about going to the dentist!). I came in for dentures and wound up finding the best dental office by far!!! The staff is very polite, professional, and accommodating. The tooth pulling was painless and the dentures look great. I would highly recommend this office to all.

It is a comfortable place, you feel like you can sit back and relax while there. I was most impressed with the efficient way they got my fillings done. It didnt take long at all. All of the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Best dental office Ive ever been to.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Mount Royal Dental. All of the staff is incredibly personable, thorough, and informative. It is obvious they all truly enjoy what they do and that made my experience extremely enjoyable. Even though the office wasnt “in-network” with my insurance company, they were still happy to take me on as a patient and help me compare “in-network” vs “out-of-network” benefits before even being seen to ensure I would receive coverage. Fortunately, my coverage was still excellent at their office! I also highly recommend the same day crown treatment with Dr. Zelen. It was so nice to leave the office with my permanent crown with only ONE visit! No temporary crown needed! Great work everybody!!

I have lots of anxiety about dentists and this was the first visit I felt comfortable at. Everyone was very accommodating and checked in frequently. I really appreciated the treatment plans that they drew up before completing work, I was able to see what they wanted to do and how much it would cost up front. I was also given a treatment plan to take home and consider for other proposed procedures. The new technology made everything a breeze and sped everything up. Wonderful! I will be telling all my friends about my visit!

Dr Zelen and her team were effective, gentle and kind in their work. My much neglected dental health was met with kindness, clear direction and patience. Molly was exceptional and the methods of cleaning used is so superior to previous experiences with teeth cleaning.

Not only were they able to get a new patient in on the same day as I called, they were very professional and knowledgeable regarding the issue I called about. I have had a couple visits recently and have been one of them guys that doesnt go to dentist. They have been GREAT to deal with very up front and the office is very nice. The staff are very courteous and i cannot wait to get all done and make my mouth feel and look better.

I broke a part of a tooth off and called for an appointment Tuesday afternoon. I was able to get in Thursday at 8:00 am. I was told I needed a root canal and a crown should I want to save the tooth and eliminate further pain. I elected to do that and when I walked out of the office at 11:30 I had both the root canal and the permanent crown all in place with no need for another visit for this same concern. I had no pain following the procedure once the numbing wore off. Thank you!

I have gone to Mt. Royal Dental for a few years now, but I will not be going back. The hygenists have always been great, but Dr. Zelen never seems to have enough time to listen to concerns and questions. Dr. Zelen examined my teeth for less than a minute, gave me a referral and sent me on my way. She simply relied on the information given to her from the hygenist, rather than conducting her own exam, or asking me, the patient about any problems or concerns. Dr. Zelen was obviously more concerned with her other patients rather than myself, and appears to not have enough time to adequately care for all of her patients.If you are looking for a dentist who is happy to have you as their client and not just as another source of income, I suggest looking at one of the many other dental offices in the area as I will now do.

From the first time I sat in Dr. Zelens chair, I knew she was special. I have had many dentists in my life, and she was the first one who really cared about my comfort from the beginning of the visit to the end. Ive needed fillings, root canals, and crowns done, and she is by far the most gentle dentist I have ever had. I am one whos had high anxiety about being in any dentists chair in the past, but not anymore since Ive been going to Dr Zelen. She is very comforting and compassionate. Also, her prices are comparable to the other dentists in town, but her service is superior. I can even lean back and watch my favorite programs on cable TV as she and her excellent team do their work on my teeth. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Zelen and the staff at Mount Royal Dental.
