I recently moved to a new house so I was pretty stressed. Then my computer went crazy and I had to backup my data and reinstall Windows, only to discover I couldnt access my external drive after the reinstall. I was a secretary so I can use a computer and put the components back together after a move, but I was way out of my depth with this mess. Recovered priceless pictures and videos from a dead external drive. The drive wouldnt even turn on, but they somehow replaced parts, got it working, and recovered 100% of my data. They accomplished all the work within 10 days and I cried with relief to have all the baby pictures and wedding pictures back.Not only are they competent at the technical aspects of the job, they are kind and friendly, even when I am sure I was acting crazy and frenzied with worry about the lost data.(Back story- I thought my carbonite account had been backing up my external drive, and I didnt realize that the drive had failed until months later when I went to access it. Carbonite, thinking the drive was gone, stopped backing it up and deleted the data after 30 days. Cannot recommend this place enough!
