Great work environment. They put an emphasis on the atmosphere of people they bring in allowing for and ideal workplace where you don’t dread going in every day. Leaders are open and honest and will put you on a path to best find what fits you and your future with the company. Site leader is caring for those who work underneath them. Sometimes the projects are learn as you go but that is to be expected with starting projects from scratch.

As an employee they dont give you quite all the tools you need (breadth and depth of information, ability to communicate with customers etc.) The staff does the best with what they are given however as a company it is abysmal. Also God help you if you decide to move into team lead, there is no additional pay and greater frustration. Customers and employees have every right to be frustrated with this company. I commend the supervisors for doing their best with what they have.

Very unresponsive - could never get a person on the phone; sent multiple emails - very sorry way to conduct a business. Would not recommend them for any reason.

There is absolutely no communication here, especially between managers and higher up management. They couldnt even get the equipment ready for their employees, who they told were going to be permanently remote and then at the last second switched to only temp remote. Then to top off everything they accidentally fired me because again no communication between management and HR. I was out sick WITH A DOCTORS NOTE and informed my manager this who told me everything was fine. HR also NEVER responds to emails unless its the initial hiring emails. worst experience with a company Ive ever had. stay away. They dont set you up for success, they set you up for failure.

Had a bankruptcy internship here a few summers ago, and it was a great experience. Learned a lot, and am thankful for the opportunity.

The turn-over is high for at company for a reason. If you are a new employee, use this training class as a time to look for another better job.
