I love Richwood courier! I am a single mom of three and i work full-time. With all of the hustle and bustle of the work week, I was very fortunate to have found Richwood courier. They are there and on time when I am unable to pick up prescriptions or run errands to pick up daily necessities. I have also found that they are apart of “Instead of Flowers” as well. So, being a full time mom with a full-time job, I was not always able to prepare hot healthy meals for my kids. Now, thanks to them, my kids have hot healthy meals that are delivered on time. I have been using Richwood Courier since May 2016. They are always on time, professional and have great pricing. When I send a delivery with a courier, that courier is representing my company to the customer they are delivering to. The image Richwood Courier presents to my customer is one I am happy for my customers to see. I have had several customers ask me for their contact information so they could use them in the future.

This company is not reliable at all. They were late picking up and delivering. Doing research, found out there is not even a business location. The address they list is for a PO box. The individual whom they sent to pick up and deliver for us was very very unprofessional and rude. The recipient receiving the delivery called to complain about our choice in delivery methods. She was afraid to open the door because of the appearance and demeanor of Richwood Couriers employee. This was matched with an overwhelming disregard to any form of customer service with the management at Richwood Courier. Apparently I am one of many who have had similar experiences with this company. My attempt to speak with the owner, to give feedback regarding my experience with their service, I was told if Im unhappy with how they do business, thats fine! They do not need my little businesses bread crumbs and their company will succeed with or without me. I couldnt believe that an owner of a business, would treat a customer, in this manner. Im a small business but I also try to support other small businesses. So I will definitely take my little bread crumbs elsewhere and I would do the same if I were you. Just an overall extremely negative experience.

Having dealt with Richwood for well over the last year, I can say without hesitation the service and level of professionalism are second to none. I have referred there service on multiple occasions to other businesses and they have without question met every requirement and standard set for them at the highest level.
