They made ordering printer supplies and getting the printer cleaned so easy. I called, they came when they said they would. The technician showed me the problem, was kind and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Standard Office Supply IT support is amazing. They are available 24 hours a day and will work diligently on whatever issue you have. They have helped up install a new server, and network our campus. Both of these had a seamless transition.

We purchased a Sharp multi-function copier from SOS approximately 7 years ago. We originally leased and then purchased at end of term. Over the seven (7) years we have dealt with the Customer Service dept for various needs and they have always been courteous, professional and easy to work with. The main reason why we still continue to do business with them is due to this department. The manager, Rick Jimmerson, is top notch. He always addresses any concerns we may have promptly and takes the time to listen and work with you to ensure we are satisfied. Highly recommend SOS!
