Im ordering the 3rd power supply for my Dolphin pool cleaner. 1st one with cleaner 2nd one under warranty 3rd one on my dime l. They wouldnt explain to me why I should keep buying them. My dad has the same cleaner for 15 years same power supply.You would think a newer version would. Be more robust. If I had the money Id go buy aqua bot instead. Buyer beware better options out there

We ordered a vacuum through Dohenys and they were NOT responsive when we couldnt get it to work. Maytronics saved the day and the vacuum. They were great to work with!! Super responsive, super helpful, super quick to respond and send the vacuum back repaired. Terrific experience!

Beware of Dolphin pool cleaners, purchased less than a year ago, did not stay in pool for 1 season. It has rubbed the liner in our pool in the corners where it would just stay and run. Video and pics sent in as proof, company will not stand behind product. Sent in unit and company returned and reported unit not defective. Have been told it is public knowledge the unit has defects. Our pool is less than 3 years old and there had never been a problem until Dolphin unit used.

Two dead machines in a row.. well to be fair the second worked for 20 minutes. Was promised a third replacement machine would be shipped on Monday and now i’m told they’ll get back to me next Monday with that info.. so the pollen can continue to collect. Basically dolphin has had my money since November and I had a machine that didn’t work at all followed by a machine that worked for 20 minutes. A promise of shipment on a specific followed by nothing for 8 days and counting...... Stay away from this company!!!!

Customer service just couldn’t have been better. They repaired my broken pool cleaner and had it back on my home in 2 days. Unreal! Highly recommend.

My 6 year old dolphin nautilus cc pool robot vacuum cleaner had a broken fin. They replaced the fin, motor and other components and did it all under the original manufactures warranty even though the warranty expired 2 months before the repair was needed. I HIGHLY recommend this company as they truly stand behind their products. The customer service representative was great to work with.

The home we purchased earlier this year came with a Dolphin M400 and we used it for our first pool season. I took the unit to their facility in Duluth. GA this fall for an estimate to repair after some issues developed. To my surprise and delight, I was informed that Maytronics repaired the M400 -- basically rebuilding it, including new motor!The warranty expired in October, but it was decided that I was not to be charged for the work and the parts. In these times, it is very uncommon to find a company that works this hard to put customers first! I was most impressed with the way I was treated and their high standards. Fantastic customer service. Online request for repair, was offered a return auth immediately. Shipped it back, they responded that they received it, within 2 days it was evaluated, repaired under warranty and Fed Ex shipped back, less than a week for the whole process. My second great experience with their customer service, and I love the product.

Sams Club has very large selections of good to buy in very large amounts. Their electronics selection is very good and, the prices are competitive. And you can take the edge off my hunger with the free food samples.

Bought one of these pool cleaners a few weeks ago and it was one of the best purchases I ever made. I am saving hours not having to clean my pool... After I bought it the power supply went out and I called customer service who was excellent and they said they would have one shipped out the next day. Not only was it an excellent product, but it was excellent customer service and that just doesnt seem to happen anymore. Would definitely buy ANY pool product from this company again and Thank You for the great customer support.

Contacted Maytronics by internet for help with a broken DX6 pool cleaner. Never got a reply. One cant wait forever to get a pool cleaner fixed. Doubt Id do business with them again.

60 min wait... Will not take calls from 11:30-12:45 each day. Will not respond to my email or faxes. Poor service would be an upgrade for them.
