I have been a Ace card holder since August 2006, but I was told that I had to open a second account to cash my check despite the fact that I wanted the entire amount put on my existing account. I was charged almost $200 and forced to put $10 on a new card. The agent at the location was absolutely amazing but the policies are horrendous. I will be closing my account as soon as my direct deposit is transferred.

I just wanted to tell you what a positive experience I had at your Pleasant Hill, Duluth GA location today. My apartment had lost my rent check and was threatening eviction if I didnt pay immediately but the Acct# and receiver code# that they had given me werent working in the system. Your employee Miss Shirell was very patient and helpful talking me through the process and waiting while I called the rental manager to verify the numbers. She really went above and beyond in customer service for me and on a very frustrating day I really appreciated it.
