Jeff was able to help my mother out with a carpet issue she had in her senior apartment. He was able to come out early on a Monday morning after calling him on the previous Friday. He was on time and did a great job specifically cleaning the area in need and sanitizing it also. He was very personable and his price was reasonable. We had a dryer vent that was pretty much clogged. It ran up 12 feet than another 20 to the side of the house. Jeff took the whole thing apart and cleaned each section. He did a great job and we will be bringing him back in the future. I would highly recommend Jeff for any of the services he does. Very professional, friendly and cleans up everything afterwards.

Jeff was very professional throughout the entire process of hiring him to clean our chimney. He quoted me a price for inspection and clean, but when he arrived he told my wife the chimney didnt need to be cleaned, and took that charge out of the original quote. A friend referred me to Thunderbolt after noticing how tarnished and stained my carpets were. I have 2 dogs and 2 children and although I vacuum every 3 or 4 days, the stains were getting harder and harder to take out. I honestly thought that most of my stains were permanent. After calling Thunderbolt, the technician arrived on time (thats so important to me) and came over and took care of business! I was most impressed with how efficient and courteous Jeff was from the moment he entered my home. I was even more impressed watching the stains disappear right before my own eyes. Well, its been over a month now and none of the stains have returned. I will be call Thunderbolt again but this time to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. Good job Thunderbolt!

Must readThree things if I could recommend for his air duct cleaning;1, you must watch him do his work every vent. 2. if you decide to clean your dryer vent and if he recommends you to use a different tube, tell him you’ll do it later. So you can watch him do work. And make sure he shows before and after work on the dryer vent.3. His ceiling vent cleaning technique is not same as other professional techniques I’ve seen on YouTube. All he does below air around the vent. Not worth the money if your trying to get real work done.
