Ogstons was great after my auto accident. They were patient with my while my insurance company figured things out. It was so nice to work with someone willing to steer you in the right direction and provide advice on what to do. Three cheers for the honest autobody people! These are the people you can trust.

Highly satisfied with the work performed on our Corolla. Communication of the process was seamless, and the timeline for our retrieval was flexible. Since we live more than an hour away, this was appreciated. Further, a complete wash and vacuum was performed, and while this is perhaps a small touch, it is the little things like this that make a difference to us as customers. Unexpected, yet appreciated. We continue to trust our vehicle repairs to Ogstons because we are treated fairly, the repairs are completed properly, and the entirety of the process is conducted with professionalism.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life I went in to get my hood painted Kept my car three days decided that they did not want to paint it and Did a touchup job instead initially I was told that the scratch had to be repainted. Very unprofessional.

Ogstons replaced the glass in my sideview mirror. They were able to schedule me immediately as soon as my part was in. The work was done very quickly. Everyone that works there is friendly and communicative. I will definitely go there in the future if I need any kind of repair that they offer.

UPDATE AT BOTTOMWe havent had the work done yet but went in for an estimate as they had a high approval rating. We were pleasantly greeted by gal at counter who had us pull into the enclosed area at the front of their business. Another gal came out to get info and take pictures. She then invited us into her office where she worked up the free estimate. She went over everything with including if clips were broken inside fender, bumper or rear light info would be sent onto insurance. Let us know price of rear light if it should have broken clips in. Both gals were very cheery and pleasant to work with. If repair people are like them and their work is good I can see why they get a high rating. Will update after work is done. Yes, we chose Ogstons to do the work.UPDATE 7/20/21Had work done 4/20 the car turned out fantastic. When they say color match they really mean it! Checked spacing between parts replaced and everything was spot on. When I got in the car, I was pleasantly surprised that the whole interior had been cleaned. The whole car looked like it just came off the showroom floor.WELL DONE TO EVERYONE!!!

She was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle towed and beginning the repair process. Ashley assisted me with any of my insurance related questions and kept me updated each step along the way. I had my car detailed at Ogstons and was very impressed and satisfied with the quality of work on my vehicle. It looks awesome and it wasnt that expensive for everything they did, including buffing the exterior. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a loaner car and they even let me keep it overnight because I was in a pinch for time to pick up my car before they closed. I highly recommend Ogstons for auto detailing!!!

We had our van worked on recently and I cant remember receiving better customer service from a business. From start to finish they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Ogston to anyone who needs body work for their vehicle.

I am completely satisfied with the way Ogston’s handled my repair. There was a bit of difficulty with getting in touch with Allstate and their lack of communication with me and the repair shop. I am willing to overlook that, because Ogston’s did such a tremendous job fixing my car. They communicated with me and gave updates frequently. They had to take a bit of extra time fixing it because of the holidays falling on days during the week instead of weekends. And they also received a damaged chrome piece for the grill that they wanted to be right. All that was perfectly ok with me, though, because it showed me the quality of work they were putting into it. They also provided me with a loaner car even though my insurance company did not cover that cost. Ogston’s gave me a loaner car as a customer courtesy and I greatly appreciated that. I don’t know what I would have done without it. The loaner car was rather new, very clean, and comfortable. It heated up fast on these cold, cold days! To top it all of, my car was returned to me in much better condition that when I brought it in. Yes, the repairs were excellent, but it was also cleaned inside and out. Vacuumed, dusted, washed and waxed, the items on the floor (bags, stray water or pop bottles, my snow brush, and gym shoes) were neatly organized and trash was thrown away! A big THANK YOU to Ogston’s for the impeccable repair and cleaning of my car. Thank you for making this experience less stressful. And thank you for being so kind and professional. Ogston’s staff deserve 10 stars. They are Trustworthy, Quality Driven, Outstanding in Service with EXCELLENT Communication (both verbal and/or via emails updating on progress or concerns) with a primary goal for complete customer satisfaction. Without hesitation, they said yes to repairing my accident-damaged Tesla S. Repairing Teslas can present interesting challenges, but Ogston’s great staff handled each and every one brilliantly. So fortunate to have this GREAT business in Duluth.

At Ogstons they treat you very well. They are friendly and willing to explain things to those who do not speak Car. I was pleasantly surprised when they had completed the work nearly a month before they estimated it would be done. Just left there - found a bunch of mystery scratches on my rear quarter panel. They were shallow enough to buff out. I took my car to Ogstons after someone hit me in a parking garage, leaving a large dent in my bumper. I also had scrape damage on my door. They were extremely helpful and professional, made the process of coordinating with my insurance easy, and kept me updated with any changes to cost or timing. The work was phenomenal--you would never know the car had been damaged. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my car while they had it. Cannot recommend them enough!

I used to love this place. We used it far too often for various vehicles (six kids!) over the past 20 years, and the work was good. It probably still is, but with the departure of a certain employee, the prices must have gone up dramatically.This past spring (2018) I took my new car there because Id backed into a snowbank which turned out to have a wall inside of it. :/ The price quoted by the son who works there was very high--far too high for me to pay (Im the widow of an Agent Orange veteran), and far too much for the work involved.I took it down the street and the cost was more than 70% cheaper! I could understand a few hundred dollars, but this was a $1500 difference! The other guy did the work and its perfect. Ill be going there from now on, though I sure hope I dont have to!PS: I would imagine that their work is still good, but for those of us not relying on our insurance to foot the bill, its just too expensive.

After someone backed into my car, I used Ogstons to repair the damage. I cant speak highly enough about their service -- keeping me informed of when the adjuster had visited, when I could expect to pick it up, etc. Then -- the biggest surprise of all -- they detailed my entire car! I hadnt done the after winter clean-up, and it was a mess. To have my car looking like new BOTH outside AND inside, was an unexpected pleasure.

Needed to have our rear door replaced on a Toyota Camry and the work is unbelievable. You wouldnt even be able to tell it was in an accident. The paint is amazing, even the finish on the new paint matches the finish of the factory paint. Joe, Bruce and Jamey are awesome! I got a door ding on a car I was renting - brought it up to them and they said they could take care of me no problem. Gave me an estimate for only $150.00 - was super happy it wouldnt cost me an arm and a leg and for that price I wouldnt have to file it with insurance..... They got me in at 8 am - gave me a loaner car for the day and it was done by noon. I picked it up and it was like the ding never happened -Awesome Body Shop and Great Staff!

Ogstons is wonderful, couldnt be happier with how my car turned out. They were quick to get my car in and address my concerns. I recently took my Sonata to Ogstons. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bruce. I requested a quote and asked what the process would be for a not at fault accident. Bruce was very helpful and knowledgable. he stated that he would take care of all the paperwork with the insurance and that the most important thing was we got the vehicle fixed not the money. Its hard to find a business that thinks of the customer first and not on profits. Vehicle was fixed in no time and left like new. Also they detail the vehicle outside and in. I hope I dont have another accident but if i do I know i will be taken care of at Ogstons. Thanks Bruce.

In the past two months we have had 1 car two times to ogstons body shop, our 2013 Kia Optima was hit and run in January 2016 $2,000 damage and a crash caused by another car in February with over $10,000. damage to the front. The work they do is impeccable virtually flawless, both times the car has come back to us show room condition. Myself and my adult children have been dealing with Ogstons for over 40 years and have had nothing but super work from them. I hear lots of complaints from friends who have had work done elsewhere on their cars. BUT NONE FROM EVERYONE I KNOW THAT HAVE USED OGSTONS IN THE PAST..
