Worst company to work with. Do not buy anything from these people

Great customer service and pricing.

Machine was delivered within 2 business days. Had some issues and they had service techs to me the next day. Service people quickly identified the issue and returned the next day. They practically rebuilt my machine!! I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend their team.

I have been a long time customer of Copysmart and Derek and his team of great people is the main reason why. I can always get a hold of someone when I have a question and they go out of their way to address any issues I am having. Great prices and even better customer service.

Very poorly managed company, no sense of organization. I will never start another lease with Derek or Brenda.... they are both very manipulative and will tell you anything to get your money... i’ve had a service request lingering since about July, i was told a part was being ordered then when i called back months later it was never ordered???? they harass you for payment which i pay on time every month so i don’t know why i keep getting calls and emails...and they ignore your service request.I will never recommend this company to anybody

I have been using CopySmart now for 11 years. They are very professional and have great service. Whenever I call they are johnny on the spot to help me with whatever I need. Derek really knows this business inside and out. Roger is a computer guru and has set up my systems for me everytime I upgrade. (which has been about 5 times) They always bring me the top of the line in machinery. I highly recommend them for your business.

Derek, Roger and the entire team at Copysmart have been our copier service for over 15 years. With all the copier services out there, why would we stay with them if we werent totally satisfied! Great folks to work with!

This Company is very unorganized. Since day one of the installation of our copier we have nothing but problems with the fax machine. We were promised a tech will be sent out over a week ago, but the Tech never showed up, finally the tech shows the following week with no notice, and explains to us that the problem may lie within the fax board, as it has been the problem since day 1. The tech explains he will be back out the following morning and never shows up, I get a phone call from Tanya/Tonya telling ME to run troubleshoot (isnt that what we pay each month for a Tech to do? YES!) Not only that but they have sent us the wrong toner after giving them the model # several times, and we are still waiting weeks after ordering a new one for the correct toner. After getting very frustrated with them, I hung up, and Derek has continuously called and harassed us (I have phone records to prove how many times he called). This is by far the most ridiculous service we have EVER received and at the wrong time of the year for our business. There is no understanding from them, its pure laziness, unorganized, and unprofessional for them to lease out machines that they cant repair or expect us to repair ourselves.By the way, some of these Good Reviews are made by Derek Manis (the CEO) family members.
