Edward is the best! He is always super nice and gets everything taken care of right away. His customer service is phenomenal. The waiting is clean. This is the only location I take my care to and I live almost an hour away so that should explain how good they are.

I had never been to Lexus for any service related issues. However this first time experience went well. Although the front desk person was head down busy when I walked in she was able to get one of the other reps to sign me in. Boyce my repair adviser made me feel welcome and relaxed. The waiting lounge was well stocked with refreshments and ample seating and working space.

Hennessey Lexus is the best dealership in Atlanta and outlying suburbs. Service is professional, timely, & reasonably priced. The facility is clean and comfortable should you need to wait for service. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thank you, Drew or service advisor

Thomas did a great job of telling me what I needed to know without making it complicated and was clearly very knowledgeable and considerate. My vehicle needed a new water pump due to a coolant leak, a job that takes at least 5 hours to do, and he and his team managed to get me in and out in an afternoon. Hennessy Lexus does not disappoint.

It was my first tuneup . I was early but they took me in. Gave me an accurate estimate of my wait time. Comfy quiet waiting area with drinks and snacks. Got me when it was ready and it was even washed and vacuumed! What’s not to love?!

This will definitely be my go to dealer for any service or repairs for my lexus. I went in for the 40,000 mile service and Farick went above and beyond making sure I was informed about every aspect of service and constantly giving me updates. He was professional and friendly. I felt informed and super comfortable about what my car needed and what my out of pocket cost would be.My overall experience at this dealers service center was absolutely wonderful and very professional yet personable. I have the option to drop my RC anywhere else in Gwinnett for service… but I will ALWAYS drop off here for the great experience I get from Boyce and team! Service was done along with recall work appropriatelyMy concern was the extra time it took to finish the work (dropped off at 7am on Thursday)And not ready till Monday afternoonThis also after I had to call the dealership to find out the status of the vehicleThere was a complete lack of communication except one call by service advisor on Friday am regarding the need to replace one tire due to a nail which couldn’t be repairedI understand that tire availability could have caused the delay but I expected better communication from Hennessy Lexus

This is one of the best service depts I have been into in many years of ever. The service consultants are kind and helpful, making sure you understand what is going on as well as not talking DOWN to you. It can be hard to make appts and get thru to a live person, but with the current situation it likely cannot be helped. I made an appt and somehow it wasn’t showing up. Which was a bummer. But again, they handled it all with class and in no way did I feel like I was putting these guys out for handling my car services. They got me in and handled it all without complaint. That says a lot.

The only reason my review isn’t a 5 star rating is because my car smelled like gasoline on the inside when I picked it up from the dealership.

Made 5 trips for the same service past year on same noise issue on a brand new RX350.After they say they fixed it, I start to hear the exact same noise 5 minutes out of the service, sometimes ever louder.I even spoke to a case manager, and was told only option I have is go back for the service.They were not able to fix the noise issue for past year.I am done wasting my time, will take a loss, and sell mine.No more Lexus in my life!!!!!!!!
