I was a customer for 13 years. 2016 when we had that bad storm, I was contacted by a roofing company and I was told that due to the storm that there could be some possible roof damage and they would give free estimate.The roofing company said there was damage to the roof and to contact Allstate. Adjuster comes out said there was no damage.$0 was paid out on a claim, and Allstate still raise my policy! Thats rightWhen I called spoke to the agent, I was told I had file two claims one in 2016 the one where $0 was paid out and the one in 2017.2017 yes for frozen P.V.C. pipe busted and and Allstate paid out.I received my new policy to see policy for 2019 and it to jump to $4,275.When I call the agency and ask why my policy was so much higher, I was told that I was a POTENTIAL CLAIM SUBMITTER!On top of that I was looking at paying $4,275 for 2019 on a policy that was only giving me $280k coverage.I cancel my my policy, and now I am with another reputable company with a $450k policy and at half the price that Allstate wanted to charge me!This Allstate agency came up with every excuse out there that didnt make any sense to me, and the best line of them all was, well we value your loyalty was the biggest insult of them all!Allstate will sell you the least amount of coverage at a high policy price (Why?) because they work off of commission$$$$$$. lower limit policy and over inflated policy means higher commission to the agents.

The Brandon Peters Agency is new to us, we are long term Allstate customers that moved from Chicago to Georgia a few years ago. We finally consolidated all our coverages to the Brandon Peters agency that has made contact regarding coverages easier.We are moving to a new house and I have worked with Frank Kellert of the Agency in the process. Frank was very helpful in our conversations and acted to quickly provide a proposal for coverage for the new house. He followed up with me, answering all questions and continues to keep the communications open. This has been a real positive experience, one that is unusual in this day and age.
