Wow- saved money and time taking the bus from Duluth rather than trying to figure out a flight ... It was a first experience, but very helpful and waited on hold and even received a return phone call from them. Was on time and a comfortable ride apart from the bathroom door slamming every-time the bus turned a corner or stopped. It must not have latched correctly lol.. made my connecting flight in Minneapolis with ease... I’d travel with them again

I don’t think I’ve been more impressed by any bus/shuttle service as I am by Landline. Mine was a ride from Duluth airport to MSP at 2am. The check-in was on the 1st floor and smooth. The bus was sparkling clean and comfortable. They provided water/soda and small snacks on the bus. There was also a toilet on the bus. All this just for $19.99. Amazing! I wouldn’t use any other service. I’m sure as they expand, they’ll have more time-slots and increased frequencies. Also a huge bonus was Mary-Jane who was a wonderful hostess. The driver, Anthony was great as well.

My flight cancelled out of Duluth this past Sunday. The airlines announced to passengers that a bus service could take us to Minneapolis for the evening or a connecting flight. I was amazed at Landline. From the moment I boarded and noticed such a modern fleet vehicle to what would be a very customer service focused host, I knew I had made a wise decision for transportation that would ultimately lead me to a destination where I could get a flight the next day. I would not hesitate to use Landline again when visiting Duluth or Minneapolis. Their attention to detail and customer care are second to none!!

Havent had a chance to take it yet but I had to cancel an upcoming trip and they offer credit for any non-refundable tickets and the credit doesnt expire, what a great policy.

So much cheaper and the busses are way cheaper then Jefferson and any other shuttle going to Minneapolis. One way or round trip. Friendly staff and you get free snacks and soda. The only down fall is the times. Not as frequent, but still my #1 choice.

Been on the bus for about 10 minutes and I’ve already decided that I’m not taking any other way to the cities again. Very very very impressed to say the least. Can’t fathom how friendly the workers are and how clean the bus is.

Now my #1 method of getting to MSP. Fast. Comfortable. Friendly employees. Clean. By far the most affordable.I only wish there were more scheduled trips to MSP.

Loved this shuttle. I had never been on a plane before and I was going 200 miles north of minniapoles. This shuttle got me to Duluth and allowed my family to save gas. They were all very nice and the bus was comfy. I will definitely use it again when I come back to minnisota. I hope they expand. They were cheap but quality.

Better than any other bus service from Duluth to the Cities. It was incredibly cheap, wonderful service, plus free treats, wifi, and chargers. There were no stops which made the trip faster and a bathroom on-board. My favorite!

Most uncomfortable bus ride ever. They took put every other row of seats -- why?! Im about to get on a plane with all the seats in place and Ill be sitting right next to others. Who makes up these changes and what are they based on?? Cant use any of the stuff in front of me cause its too far away. The cherry on top: Wifi keeps dropping. Signage/wayfinding for Sun Country at DIA is the pits.
