Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! I believe I mostly talked to a Nick and Dekker. They really knew what I was going for and did what they could to get me there. They handled a few very unexpected hiccups in an extremely patient and professional manner. They both really worked with me to ensure that what I was getting done would be satisfactory. They were also very helpful in making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my computer at each stage of the process. I couldnt have asked for a better staff to assist with upgrading my system. They even made sure to back everything up which definitely made me feel much more relaxed that all of my data was going to be safe one way or another when I got my computer back.
