Decided to call Servpro of Dubuque to help with mold remediation for our house in Marion. Even though we were out of the area for them they have been helping in the area due to the amount of damage from the derecho storm this summer. Mike was great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get on the schedule and after a short wait their crew showed up and got the insulation out and mold treated in the attic. They were in and out quickly and very professional. Would use them again.

I called twice in one week to get pricing info., etc. and was told Travis would call me back. I never received a call from them, so I booked with Service Master.
