Ooh What a quaint little airport. Its immaculately clean & well designed with touches of grad architectural details through out. I was thier over night and the staff, was helpful and courteous.

Beautiful facility. Its a nice, easy place to travel in and out of - nice and convenient. Currently only flights on American Airlines to/from Chicago OHare.

The staff at American have great customer service. Its nice to fly out of DBQ vs. driving to Chgo. Thanks American in Dubuque!

It was a sanitary and very spacious airport, the flight was excellent and the customer service is great, and I would definitely fly there again.

The new airport is absolutely beautiful and well organized. Its sometimes inconvenient that the flights only go to Chicago though. However, everything looks clean, the staff is friendly, and the place seems to be state of the art. I do think its silly that there are 3 gates. Theres only one flight that comes and goes at a time at this point, maybe more flights are to come?

Dubuque regional airport is a fabulous small town serving airport. The terminal is easily accessible, parking is close an convenient. And the people running the facilities are honest hardworking midwesterners. Second to none for this size of facility

Flew into Dubuque for business. Staff and TSA folks here are incredibly friendly. Beautiful little airport (three gates). Incredibly clean. Clear signage. Unfortunately the dining area is closed on Saturday. Otherwise, this is a great airport!

Always nice to come home and visit my family in Dubuque.... I really enjoyed The Hangar restaurant... I looked forward to breakfast there before boarding my plane to head back to DC. I was so disappointed when I found out the restaurant closed... the servers were always so friendly and breakfast was REALLY reasonable in price and delicious every time! I feel like the Airport should really do more to help these restaurants stay in business as they never really last. But The Hangar was my absolute favorite!

This place is great and the new terminal is sleek and simple. It’s everything you would expect in a regional airport. If I can work it into my travel I prefer leaving from here and returning on all my trips.

No one was there at all. Had questions about an upcoming flight. Very frustrating.

Had a travel nightmare occur on a time crunch. Ryan, Ashley, and their coworkers were exceptional! They went above and beyond! Truly appreciate not only how close to home they are but also their easy to access facility and fast turn around time from the moment I enter to the moment I board the plane. Grateful!

Nice small airport with a good number of charging stations. Convenient parking. Live music in the bar most Saturday evenings.

Beautiful airport, amazing staff, phenomenal restaurant. The TSA agent was knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely accommodating and polite. By far, the best airport Ive seen in the US. Love the Mississippi River map on the floor.

The tsa agents here were hilarious and did a great job. Beautiful airport but be sure to bring small bills for the vending machine if you want food/drink because the cafe is rarely open.

The first time I came here it was absolutely horrible my plane was delayed for hours without food and the vending machine was empty in the waiting area. I had to wait with my daughter to who was traveling to see her father alone and thankfully I didn’t leave her and waited until she boarded. My daughter has a medical condition so it was bothersome to her to wait all that time. The next time I went to this airport it was better they had a cafe open the snacks were ok but at least it was something , my daughter seems to want to buy or get something whenever we go out. What made it better this time was the staff was pretty nice to her she was a little more antsy this time a go so it was nice to have a staff that would be kind . Her flight attendant was nice she said and gave her extra cookies to take home and someone helping her with her bag gave her a small little toy figurine a little deer that she always seems to carry around now which I’m sure I need to clean because she likes to hold it in her hand all day. I know this is well winded but with having a daughter with a disability, it helps to have people be kind to her. Unfortunately she will be this way the rest of her life and I appreciate the generosity.

New building is really sharp and the airport is easy to get to since its in a rural location right off a four lane highway. Hopefully, DBQ can be successful in attracting more carriers to destinations other than ORD.

I have never flown out of Dubuque but Ashley at the ticket desk was so helpful. We flew back from Lihue Hawaii to Ohare on United Airlines. United lost both of our checked bags and told us when we landed they will be there in a few hours living close to Dubuque I was not going to wait at Ohare especially after flying all night. They said they can place our bags on a American Flight going to Dubuque. The plane arrived in Dubuque and I received a phone call that one bag showed up not both. After spending 4 hours on the phone with United for them to say they do not know where my bag is. Ashley did all the leg work and found our bag in Phoenix Arizona. Dubuque Airport had nothing to do with this except receiving the lost luggage but they did more work than the people who lost it did trying to find it. I would recommend using Dubuque Airport when you can
