My HVAC system was leaking in the basement in the summer. The pump to remove condensate to a nearby sink didnt seem to be working. Service One was able to come out the day after I called them. They replaced the pump and were on their way. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue, and the leaking continued. I called them a week later and, once again, they were out the next day. Seems the PVC pipe leading to the pump was blocked with gunk, so they replaced it. They charged me only for parts, since they had not fixed the leak on the first visit. While it wouldve been nice to get it resolved on the initial visit, everyone makes mistakes; the way they resolved it speaks well of their commitment to do quality work at a good price. Will definitely call them first if and when another issue arises.

Serviceman came 1st thing Monday morning and got air conditioner working again. With heat indexes over 100 I was very happy. Great work and great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was great, had no problem with that. However, we discovered we may need to re-do our whole piping system for the bathroom, and our technician said he’d write up a price quote for how much that would cost and emAil it to us. But its been 3 days now and we still have not received that quote. We would really like to get that so that we may fix our problems.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the coldest week of the year so far. Service One came out the same day and told us our 29 year old furnace needed to be replaced (as we were expecting). That afternoon they explained our options to us and provided us with space heaters so that we would be comfortable until they returned the next day to replace our furnace. The entire process was smooth and we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our home was overheating above the set thermostat temp so I had ServiceOne come inspect the unit. It turns out I wasn’t efficiently running the unit by keeping vents closed. The technician spent time teaching me about our furnace and how to run it more efficiently. After he left I could feel how the airflow in the house had changed and it was no longer overheating. I appreciate the time he spent to teach me about running a zoned unit.

They told me all about how they pride themselves on their duct install. They left half the system unfished because they underquoted, were way over on time and needed to be done with the job. Their field tech argued about an issue causing the new furnace not to run, turns out he was completely wrong once he got here. Disappointing that I have to fix their work.

The outlet pipe was retaining water as it was not angled to drain back to unit into tubing to go into drain in basement floor. Fixed it, but also showed me other future cause may be drain tubing clogged and how I can easily get to it and unclog it in a few seconds work. Also extended drain pipe and put in small angle piece so pipe drained directly into drain and not an inch short where it was leaving a mold trail to drain.

Brian was amazing. He came in and gave me a run through of all the things related to my furnace, gave his advice on things to think about near and short term as well as how I could upgrade certain things. He did it in a way that I felt he was helping, not selling. Because of Brian, ServiceOne gets 5 stars.

Very impressed! My furnace stopped working at around 5 PM one night. Service one came out and told me I had a broken a coil and needed a whole new unit, without doing a pressure test or vacuum. After having another AC company come out and take it look it was quickly realized there was not a broken coil at all.

Brandon is an absolutely top notch service technician. I am a new customer with my gas company and service plan, he answered all of my questions. He advised me to clean my humidifier filter and recommended ways for doing that. He tuned up my furnace with the right amount of time and care, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Rob was very helpful and efficient in determining the problem with the furnace and thermostat. He fixed both in a timely manner. He was polite and helpful in giving me information about upgrading both heating and air conditioning systems. The systems in my house are original and the house was built in the early 70s.

Did a good job replacing the part that was ordered but didn’t stay long enough to to take care of the original problem. Makes a loping noise after the furnace warms up, which was the original problem.

Friendly folks, but not really interested in saving me money. I had them inspect my boiler and hot water heater before selling our home. Both units were gas and were ancient and needed to be replaced. My chimney was not setup to vent the hot water heater properly and so they said theyd have to vent out the side of the basement wall (limestone walls) and install a power vent for the exhaust. Approx $1700, they said. I purchased and installed an electric hot water heater which needs no venting for $400 instead (wished they had suggested that). I also tried to get an itemized list of costs for the boiler install (over $12,000), but they never did provide me with anything but a Total bill for $12k.Nice service men, like I said, but their first priority was NOT to save me money. I would not use them again. Sorry, guys! :O(

Ive been putting off calling someone to check out my a/c but with a one year old and hot weather on the way, it was time to call. Matt Droeske was able to come to my house a couple of hours after I called. Some of the other HVAC companies didnt want my business due to not being an existing customer.
